Had a great experience with Nathan James! One of the doors on my TV console came a little damaged, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Then, a month later, they sent me a little box of chocolates to apologize for the trouble! It was so sweet and definitely shows that they care about their customers. The media console itself is very nice and was easy to put together.
