I recently bought two nice-looking bar stools from Nathan James for my home and assembled them by myself using the clear instructions. When I realized they weren't going to do the job (wood color wasn't quite what I wanted and they were a bit wobbly for our tall household), I decided I needed to return them. The instructions had stated that they had a hassle-free return policy. Wow, was that true! I called the number and a very nice customer service representative quickly refunded my purchase without making me disassemble everything and package it back up. I was very impressed! Great customer service.
