I ordered two end tables when I moved into my new house. By mistake, Nathan James sent me the wrong tables. I called customer service to let them know and since that call I have been impressed over and over. First they told me to keep the tables they sent by mistake and sent me new ones asap. Next, they called and emailed to check in and make sure I got the new tables and that I was happy with them. From there I purchased three more Nathan James pieces of furniture due to their great customer service. Today, a month or so later, I received a box of Godiva chocolates from Nathan James. Love their furntirire, super easy to put together and very satisfied as a customer. Would buy from them time and time again! Highly recommended!
