Nathan James is one of the best companies I’ve ever ordered something from. When my original nightstand came in, one of the legs was broken. I emailed them and they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new nightstand! They also sent a box of chocolates to apologize for the broken leg. Customer service is incredible and will be buying furniture again from them in the future!
