If they were a restaurant, I would rate them a 5-star Michelin! They have gone well above and beyond my expectations. One of the 3 pieces in my delivery was damaged - hey, it happens - and once I connected with someone to get it resolved, it was taken care of immediately. Not only was the entire desk replaced, but I was also kept in the loop the whole time, received a check-in after the replacement piece was delivered and installed, and received a sweet thank you message after they worked it all out. Who does that? Nathan James did that!
