Recently purchased a Mid-Century Modern nightstand from Nathan James. The shipping was very fast and overall the product was very well built, more so than I was expecting. However, there was a small bit of damage on the corner of one drawer. I took a picture of the damage and emailed Nathan James right away. Customer Happiness Expert Taylor answered my email and offered to get it resolved right away. A new piece was sent out and this one was tip top. I explained how the first one was damaged and Taylor said they'd let the packer/shippers know so the problem could be avoided in the future. My overall experience was very good and I look forward to buying more pieces from this fledgling company in the future. Best of luck to the crew at Nathan James.
