I usually don't leave reviews but Taylor at Nathan James was amazing. I ordered 3 stools and one stool came a little damaged, I sent out an email and within a week I had a brand new stool. They even let me keep the damaged one. Taylor was amazing. Kept me updated throughout the entire process and communicated with me to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely purchase again with Nathan James.
