I have to say I am not one to leave a review but I got my kids headboards from Nathan James and there was a strap missing… I contacted them directly they immediately sent me a whole new set and said just to keep the other one and apologized for making a mistake.. then they sent me a little box of chocolates with a note that said sorry everything didn’t go the way you planned. I mean Come on!!!! That is AMAZING customer service. I had to get a desk and only wanted to buy from this company. It was perfect so easy to put together and now I am eyeing some new pieces because I would love to support a buiseness that has that much integrity!! Thank you
