I love my barstools that I purchased from Nathan James! I did have a couple issues- one came damaged and one was the incorrect barstool, but their customer service team was responsive and sent me a new ones out to replace the damaged one. They were extremely responsive and so helpful to answer all my questions and concerns. Their customer service team is amazing! I’d highly recommend.
