Received a Nathan James TV stand from my daughter for my birthday, but the package was missing 2 of the legs! I wrote to Nathan James to see if I could obtain the 2 legs, and they offered to send me a whole new TV stand! Talk about excellent support for their products! Now I have my new TV stand set up in our guest bedroom and the TV looks great on it! Thank you, Nathan James, for ensuring I was able to use my birthday gift!
