I contacted costumer support because during the move I lost one piece to remount my shelf in my new home. I spoke with Cameron- who was FANTASTIC!!! He definitely went above and beyond to help me. All communication was done via email and he was super quick with responses and went way out of his way to get me the part I needed. I normally dread contacting customer support for anything, so this was a big deal for me. I also never leave reviews or comments for anyone or anything, but I definitely wanted to give him the recognition he deserves. I would have hated to not have that shelf I love so much because of a single part. I’ll definitely be returning as a customer because of great customer support I received. Thank you again Cameron!!!!
