My profession is in a customer service based industry. In a world where companies don't show much care to their customers, I know how important it is to give white glove service. Nathan James has outstanding service. You would think their employers are trained by the Ritz Carlton. They went above and beyond for my needs regarding questions, a shipping glitch, etc, and I'll be sure to order for them again. They get it, and I appreciate that.
