I cannot say enough good things about Nathan James customer service. I had a bar cart replacement sent to me for free, follow up emails asking about the delivery of the cart and making sure everything was perfect, and to top it off, a box of chocolates sent to me. The customer service I have received from this brand is unlike any other - Nathan James has gone above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy & satisfied with their product. I am more than happy to spend my money on a brand that values customer experience. The customer service representative that helped me, Taylor, was amazing.
