Nathan James is incredible! I could not be more happy and excited with my purchase! The customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had some stitches rip, and they sent me a brand new product and made the whole process so easy!! It was the best customer service I have ever seen! Props to Claire, she's incredible and was so quick about replying and sending me the new product! Thank you again Nathan James! I'll definitely be buying more from here in the future!
