We ordered our shelves via Home Depot and one of the boards arrived damaged. I reached out to Nathan James and they were very quick and concise with their response. They sent out a whole new shelving unit not just a board and said to do with the rest as I pleased. The customer service was excellent and I love our new shelves. Super easy to put together and beautiful style.
