I bought three Nelson bar stools and they arrived quickly. I really like the quality and look, but one of the bar stools has a broken part. Therefore I emailed the customer service for replacement. They replied in a timely manner and were really helpful. Another bar stool arrived at my home today. Really impressive with their furniture and service. I will definitely come back and purchase more furnitures. Thank you Nathan James!
