Customer service is above and beyond, I've actually shared my experience with friends and social media because I was amazed. I ordered a desk which I love, but had a few scuffs when it arrived. I asked for touch-up paint or partial refund, and they sent me a whole new desk (and let me keep the original one), and then also sent a small box of Godiva chocolates with a nice note weeks later. The desk is great but I'll definitely be shopping here again knowing they care so much about customer experience. It's very refreshing.
