I ordered my furniture via amazon but one of the hardware pieces was bent. I reached out to amazon and they said my only option was to return the entire piece because there was no extra hardware available. I reached out to Nathan James directly and spoke to Amanda and she helped me right away. She sent me an entirely brand new hardware pack and we have our accent cabinet all set up! Thank you. The quality is really unbeatable especially for the price point.
