The CLE program was excellent. The presenter was well-spoken and very knowledgeable.
My only complaint is that NBI stated that the program was approved for CLE in Virginia, but in fact, it has not yet been approved due to a COVID backlog. NBI assures me that it will be approved, but that I cannot receive my CLE credits until it is (possibly months from now). I need my CLE credits in order to return to active status with the bar so NBI's response is not helpful. NBI's website should clearly state the approval status of its courses.
