The course was good. The email from customer service was quick and professional.
Getting the certificate of credit is taking longer (and more effort) than expected. 'm still pending receipt of the certificate 6 business days after completing the course, and 4 days after having contacted customer service. I'm hopeful it will be resolved soon.
