My last rep, Lisa Frank, was fantastic; she answered my responses quickly and made things work for me. My new rep hasn't returned a phonecall and didn't respond to an email sent yesterday - about my renewal, signing up for a course and getting a fuller pass. You could do better. The third time better be a charm.
