The rating would have been five stars but for the technical aspect. The requirement of adobe flash player prevented me from attending on a smart phone or tablet and forced me to find a PC while mine was unavailable. Adobe flash player is a dying app and there is no reason to continue to rely on it for web casts.
The substance of the program would have received five stars if listed separately.
