I give the seminar a 5 because the presenters were excellent. I, personally, didn't figure out how to download materials and don't know if I have those directions in my welcome letter from when I became a Live Pass customer or was supposed to extrapolate it somehow. I always download materials so having them would've helped especially since they were referred to several times.
