You need to do something about the video webinars. I've attended a couple of them now and both times I've somehow missed the verification codes during the webcast, which are needed then to get credit for it. I have sat there through the entire webcast both times, yet didn't hear or see the first couple verification codes. There must be a better way to communicate those to the customer because I'm not getting credit even though I'm sitting through the seminar just like we would a live in -person seminar.
