The delivery team left the mattress at the door. Their sites states that they will deliver the mattress to the customer designated area. The person who called to arrabnge delivery did not mention it either. I am 65 with a hear condition. I now have to move a kingsize bedspring and a mattress up a flight of stairs.
Shameful and deciptfull practice.
