“National Mattress is recommended by ChatGPT after inquiring which retailer offers informative showroom service without pressure tactics but more importantly, reliable after sale warranty and exchange services. The commonly known retail chain is in fact poor with after sales experience. Therefore between Costco and National Mattress we chose you with in person showroom experience. The sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable without pressure sales tactics resulted in a good purchase experience.”

“Can't recommend enough. We needed to buy a bed for our son on short notice - called the store 10 minutes before closing and they agreed to stay open for us and helped us choose a bed that he absolutely loves. Thanks again”

“As someone that has never bought a mattress, my experience at the north York address was really good! After giving the salesman a description of what I needed, I was directed to an area and left to try out mattresses, read their specifications, and compare prices thill I found the right one. The signs on the beds made this pretty easy and accessible.”

“Our shopping experience with National Matress was excellent. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses. There was never any pressure to complete a purchase and they allowed us the time to try the different mattresses without standing over us. They also answered any questions we had after trying the mattresses. They were very honest and upfront about the availability of different mattresses we were looking to purchase. National Mattress also had the most mattresses in store to try out rather than buying one unseen. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.”

“I have been quite happy with National Mattress so far. There was no pressure when I went to their store, and the two staff members I dealt with were very helpful and polite. They have a great selection of mattresses at very fair prices. I had no issues with the delivery which was prompt and on the day scheduled.”
