“Wish I had known about this store before spending my time in the more pricey ones. The customer service at the downtown Mississauga location is exceptional. It took a while before I found the right mattress - and the staff were very knowledgeable and patient. I've recommended this store to my friends and family. I'll definitely be heading here myself for all future purchases! A big thank you again to the staff for their time and patience.”

“National Mattress provides all of the top brand mattresses at very competitive prices. Since they specialize in mattresses, their entire retail space is filled with examples of most brands ranging in both price as well as firmness. The retail staff proved to be very knowledgeable and friendly without the usual pressure experienced in big box stores that sell everything. In addition, the retail stores are easily accessible with plenty of parking. An added bonus is next-day delivery with advanced text messaging confirming time of arrival.”

“I was recommended by my coworkers to use national mattress to find a new bed. On my feet at work and needed something that could help me recover from that kind of physical stress. It’s been a month and feels a significant improvement after purchasing a medium firm mattress. Customer service replies were quick and efficient. Price was better than a lot of what you see out there. Good stuff.”

“I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress in Mississauga and was very pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and customer service. “Mattress was pristine, wrapped great for delivery and exactly as described! Also, delivery was incredibly fast (next day) and I was updated by phone when the driver was 10 minutes out which I really appreciated! Happy with my purchase.”

“Delivery went smooth, I have noticed that the bed packaging came ripped though. It had me worried regarding my warranty but customer support reassured me that it was fine and to keep the compressed wrapping it came with to ensure I can use my exchange for the 100 days”
