“Mattress and Box Sprinng arrived promptly and exactly as described. Delivery was smooth and I was provided with real time tracking. Drivers were polite and careful with products. Customer service was knowledgable and polite and provided accurate information. No complaints. Would recommend.”

“Mattress arrive in a timely manner at my door. Wasn’t notified mattress would take a day or two to expand to the correct size. Also website says 80”x76” it’s closer to 78”x76”.”

“The product I received is excellent and exactly what i ordered. unfortunately there were endless issues with my shipping and i found the customer service process very challenging to navigate. I spent hours on hold for weeks on end, sent a half dozen unanswered emails, and had my package stalled in multiple warehouses. I eventually was transferred somehow to the store manager of the Barrie office, Alex, who gave me a direct line, solved the issue, and was incredibly helpful. If there was ever a candidate to win a contest to have my purchse refunded, I am them.”

“The customer service we received at National Mattress Dundas / Dixie was outstanding . Two associates were extremely helpful in explaining the quality of mattresses , what they recommend for bad backs and were very professional, knowledgeable and patient . We spent a great amount of time trying out mattresses with no pressure to buy , making sure we were making the right choice . I am very pleased with the service that was provided .”

“Disappointing DELIVERY Services, despite my request the delivery people dropped the MATTRESS box on the landlord’s floor, instead of bringing it to my first floor unit one. I repeatedly called over the weekend for ASSISTANCE. But received no response. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility., would not recommend them.”
