“Absolutely the best customer service we’ve experienced in Canada! We’ve never had such an easy and pleasant experience buying a mattress. Everything was simple from the start, and their exchange policy is amazing. We originally chose a firm mattress, but it turned out to be a little too firm for us, so we’re exchanging it for a medium one. The best part is that the exchange is completely free, with no extra delivery charges. This is exactly how customer service should be. Friendly, helpful, stress-free, and truly focused on making sure the customer is happy. Highly recommended!”

“I live in Québec and was looking online for an adjustable base, but I couldn't find anything that had all the features I wanted. I was specifically looking for an adjustable base with lumbar support, pillow tilt, and massage. Unfortunately, all the models I found online or in stores that included all of these features were way too expensive. I eventually found National Mattress and immediately noticed that their prices were extremely competitive. At first, I thought it might be a little too good to be true, but I did my research, as I always do when buying something online, and quickly understood how they were able to offer such good prices. They don't seem to spend a fortune on fancy showrooms, decor, or marketing, and they're also extremely well rated on Google. So I figured, okay, they're legit. The next question was: they're not located in Québec, but do they ship here? Yes, they do. Unfortunately, since they're based in Ontario, customers in Québec don't have access to their white-glove delivery service, room-of-choice delivery, and similar options. Deliveries to Québec are handled through third-party carriers instead. I had to call them twice before ordering to ask a few questions, and both times they were super helpful and efficient. I finally placed my order and purchased the NM 9.0 adjustable base along with an MLILY pillow. I'm expected to receive everything on September 14th, which is roughly one week after placing the order. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience so far and can't wait to try my new adjustable base. Room for improvement: Some features on the website don't seem to work properly, such as the "Chat Now" function. Also, paying through PayPal doesn't seem to work at checkout.”

“We have been to National Mattress twice now and both times have been very good. The sales staff are very helpful without being bothersome. You are able to look around comfortably and when you have a question, staff are close by to answer. The selection is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The location on dundas st in Mississauga had free video games so my kids could play while my wife and I looked for a mattress. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.”
