“Very satisfied with NM! Excellent service. When I picked out a matress it was not in stock in my store, however I was able to have it delivered from another sotre to my doorstep the next day! They provide live tracking for delivery and the driver called me on my cell to confirm the time they were arriving. I was a bit surprised some of their single/twin pocket coil spring matresses were rolled up in a small bundle. But when I unrolled it, the matress sprung out immediatly no problem. I let the matress sit for 24 hours and it works great.”

“This is the second mattress which I got from the store . This time around my experience was not satisfying with the sales representative. When I visited last time , the sales representative was very good and he let us know about the offers going on . This time even though there were offers he wantedly hide them”

“Got a mattress with very reasonable price. Shipping to the ground level was comprementary. We are in the neibourhood and our mattress was deliverd in 2 days. They emailed me the updates for the shipping status. I appreciate their efficient and stressfree precess. Thank you!”

“We had zero idea about what kind of mattress we were looking for. The advice given by them was absolutely spot on and they helped us decide what type of firmness and core we should be looking for. The best part was that they gave us our own time to try out the mattresses and an honest opinion about all the different choices. The person we spoke with was very knowledgeable and we will definitely come back to this place again next time we need mattresses!
