“I was called about 10 minutes before delivery, and NM arrived right on schedule. The person that came to the door was very pleasant and put the mattress in my front hall as had been requested. Thank you for your terrific service.”

“National Mattress has a broad selection of mattresses in all sizes and price ranges, priced significantly cheaper than in chain stores or other specialty retailers. All are Canadian made (a major plus in these times), and they even stock some old-school, tight-top flippable mattresses that can be rotated and turned over to prolong their useful life. The Hamilton store is not elegant, but their stock is impressive, accessible, testable, and staff member Wayne was very helpful. Overall, this no-nonsense store and its products are a refreshing change from the over-hyped, over-priced second-mortgage mattresses that seem to be the norm everywhere else. We look forward to receiving our extra-firm, solid foam, flippable, king-sized mattress in a few days, delivered for free. Highly recommended.”

“Went to the store in person and Henry H helped us check out after confirming our choice. He was excellent. I told him our details verbally for the order and all information was correct when I was emailed the details. The delivery also happened within 4 days, and I was emailed and texted details during the whole delivery process. The NM delivery drivers were very polite and brought it straight to the door without damage. It was a 10/10 the whole process.”

“They said they'd deliver our mattress today. Rescheduled the whole family's weekend plan to accommodate the delivery. Delivery truck came and said they didn't have our mattress! What's going on National Mattress?!!!!”

“Very large selection of mattresses on display in showrooms. Each with its own qr link to find in depth information quickly on the spot. Fantastic prices. Easy website to navigate that provides very in depth details. Staff are not at all pushy. Leave you to your own devices if you wish and are ready to help if you wish. Always polite and amicable. Such a comfortable experience especially considering how dreadful mattress shopping is”

“They were great, the turnaround time from trying a mattress in store to the delivery was a day. It has been good for us so far and we hope to have it for a long time - there is a strong warranty with purchase so we feel pretty safe!”

“We knew what we wanted but were not sure of the right kind of the mattress that would suit us best. Jun, at the reception, was very helpful and showed us different types that helped us pick the right two for our house. In addition, we were explained the white glove option, which takes care of drop off and pick up from the exact coordinates within the house. At the end we received a confirmed delivery date. In all, a very productive and seamless experience, start to end. Reasonable price, great choices and amazing customer service. Indrajit & Swati”
