“Service was friendly. My wife had ordered a mattress cover and paid for it in advance, and i picked it up. Location was not close. It wasn't until I got home and she looked at it that we realized the clerk had gone and gotten me the wrong one. But I was too exhausted to go back, we made do.”

“The website was easy to use, and the delivery showed up on time as described with lots of good communication. The delivery men were great to deal with the downside is that the box springs were damaged when I received them now waiting on some sort of warranty or exchange.”

“I bought a mattress last Saturday, got a voice message letting me know it was out of stock. I called the location a made the purchase and requested a refund. I was told the amount would be refunded. Next day I got emails asking me for a delivery date? The amount has not been refunded. Timely that today I get an email for a review. 1 star.”
