“I visited National Mattress purely on bases of reviews, and they did not let me down. JUN L was kind enough to understand my issues and suggested mattress according to my needs. I will be honest here, I had back pain since months due to sleeping on a mattress that did not suit me and the moment I slept on CHIROFOAM XF mattress my back pain was gone in just 1-2 days. 5stars for the quality they are providing.”

“I have had the pleasure of dealing with Suraj shopping for a mattress. I came in knowing features of what I wanted and from that he expertly guided me to various brands with different price ranges. I ended up buying a Canadian brand that was most comfortable for me. Highly recommend National Mattress.”

“Amazing customer service and support. Love the 365 days trial with exchange up to 2 mattresses can’t be beat. Very helpful support as they’re expensive but long term use essential item. Website is also easy to find the mattress you’re looking for or get help in matching to best one fits your needs. I recommend to anyone and will for sure be back for any future purchases.”

“Chose to use this company based on referral of friend who cited high quality and good prices. Did some research and comparison to some of the more boutique type stores/online companies and confirmed that this was the way to go. Could have done it all online but chose to go to Mississauga site. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Mattress chosen was not in stock but delivered for free 48 hrs later and we got 30% off accessories.”

“I had been looking for a mattress for almost 2 months and visited all the known stores before I came across National mattress on an online search. I ended up visiting 2 locations - North York and Markham. Walking in through the doors is like walking into a warehouse. There are no pretty lights or rooms set up but there is a lot of choice with all major brands available, well trained staff and no pressure or up selling. At both locations, I was very impressed by how I was greeted and the knowledge that staff (Jevon and Henry) shared with me. I was encouraged to wander round and try out the mattresses and ask as many questions as I wanted. Prices are excellent compared to the big stores and there was no pressure to buy. Delivery was efficient and timely with the ability to track your delivery van online. An excellent experience and I have already recommended National mattress to friends and family for their excellent service and prices. Compliments to upper management on your staff - you must be doing something right!”

“When trying to call the final an update on your order or an ETA seem to make them very confused and the person on the phone wasn't very professional Had to request a copy emailed to be able to get the receipt Was delivered and left on front door with boxes ripped open But the actual mattresses seem to be decent quality will update if I have any issues but so far so good Left them for 3 days to expand before attempting to try them”

“We'd never shopped there before, and were curious so we went to the showroom in Markham. There was a huge selection and very knowledgeable staff (thank you, Arnold). I went back a second time once we'd narrowed our choices down and spent more time there trying out the mattresses, and again, Arnold was extremely patient and helpful. Their customer satisfaction guarantees are terrific and very reassuring as it's a big purchase for us. We're looking forward to getting our new mattress!”

“Nice place to shop - good selection, even better prices. Henry and his team are friendly and helpful without being pushy; we did not feel pressured to make any decisions. My only complaint is that many of the models we wanted to see in person were unavailable; similarly the mattress we did end up ordering was about 3 weeks backordered. Still, these things are not anyone's fault and we still had a great shopping experience overall. Would definitely come back / recommend to others.”

“The store is very well set up to browse mattresses in a price range you are comfortable. The binders with detailed information were very helpful. I also appreciated the customer service as I did not feel rushed or someone hovering over my shoulder as I was browsing but, once I was deciding between 2 mattresses, Eden thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each mattress. Great experience all around”
