“My daughter needed a new mattress. Stopped in at their Markham location and was quickly greeted. Advice was honest, thorough and we quickly decided on an affordable mattress that suited our needs. It's such a relief to be able to test the mattresses rather than relying on a firmness rating. Not once did we feel we were being pushed to a higher budget. They didn't have the mattress we chose in stock, but they delivered it quickly and without any extra charges. We even received to timely updates as to the progress of the delivery. I highly recommend National Mattress.”

“I had a seamless experience purchasing a king mattress from National Mattress. The initial mattress I wanted sold out quickly and was discontinued however was able to purchase a similar grade mattress from another brand with the help of the sales associate. Extremely fast shipping and both sales associates (Arnold and Jevon) I dealt with were knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. The entire process exceeded my expectations and will gladly recommend National Mattress - Markham location.”

“I had an excellent experience at National Mattress! I visited two locations — Kitchener and Mississauga — and received outstanding service at both. Shivam at the Kitchener location was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to walk me through all the options and explain the differences between mattress types, firmness levels and materials in a very clear and detailed way. Eden at the Mississauga location was equally attentive and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. I ended up purchasing a Serta Perfect Comfort X and I’m very happy with my choice. The fact that it arrives the next day is a huge plus! Highly recommend National Mattress — great service, great selection and fast delivery. 5 stars!”
