“My overall experience was great! My only isssue was, the box spring I ordered was not in stock at the time of purchase, this delayed delivery by over a week. Though it was not a huge issue, I just didn't know that when I checked out, and was thus expecting delivery within the week of purchase. The mattress itself is wonderful! We went with a King sized organic latex matress - medium firm. It is so comfy! Definetly would reccommend National Mattress. There was a slight rip in the plastic cover surrounding the mattress, so it caught dirty in delivery. However the mattress was not damaged.”

“I was very disappointed with this company’s service. After waiting 22 days, when my mattress was finally scheduled for delivery, they emailed me to cancel the order, claiming the item was out of stock. I had to call them myself, and only then did they reschedule the delivery. The whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not have to wait so long only to be told that their order cannot be fulfilled. Very poor communication and customer service.”

“We were told our mattress would be delivered on October 17th. The day before, we were given a two hour window in which the delivery will be made. There was live tracking, so we could see if the window changed and it did. It came earlier than the original window. I was able to see when my delivery was 10 minutes away. We also received a text message and an opportunity to change the delivery date if needed. The delivery driver called us when he was close by. He brought the mattress into my house and clearly told us to inspect the mattress before removing the bag. We had a great experience with National Mattress and will be buying future mattresses from here.”

“From start to finish Pavan was so professional and pleasant to deal with…no pressure just answered all our questions…went to 5 other stores to make a comparison and National Mattress hands down was the best purchase and the best choice for us. Thank you Pavan for all your assistance. I’ve been. Ack twice to measure the depth of the mattress as I need to buy new fitted sheets-again the customer service was incredible and today I went back to physically check on my delivery time and the gentleman who served me was just great! What a fantastic experience dealing with National. I went everywhere else to compare and I ran back to National Mattress-hands down the best in Toronto!!!”

“This is the best place to purchase an affordable mattress. Although there was a minor issue with the delivery date, it was promptly resolved and the item arrived the following day. There is an extensive selection available, and as this is my second time purchasing from this store, I intend to continue doing so. I truly appreciate the complimentary delivery service.”
