“This is the best place to purchase an affordable mattress. Although there was a minor issue with the delivery date, it was promptly resolved and the item arrived the following day. There is an extensive selection available, and as this is my second time purchasing from this store, I intend to continue doing so. I truly appreciate the complimentary delivery service.”

“Purchase #3 from National Mattress but the first one delivered vs pickup. Purchasing and help in store was top notch, delivery was 5 days later (that was fine for us and we did not ask if sooner was available). Honestly, I have nothing negative at all to share, even my grumpiness about a $160 price tag on a perfect pillow (that I did not buy) isn't aimed at National Mattress as the next best price on the pillow is $180 elsewhere.”

“Loved all the mattresses we’ve purchased from NM. They are very durable and their customer service is top notch. Needed to change our master bedroom mattress and had to come back. Price is also unbeatable, the best in the industry.”

“Ordered my mattress from the Barton location and the man working there was so helpful and resourceful. He was able to pull out one of the ones I was eyeing which wasn’t on display. He answered all my questions but wasn’t sales-y or pushy! They had great variety and great prices. Top brands and styles cheaper than your typical brick or sleep country!”

“The matress is good and delivery was smooth but post sales support is terrible. There is an issue with the bed frame I received. Two of the mounting screw holes do not have any threads in them, so I can't assemble the bed frame. support@nationalmattress.ca asked a few questions then stopped replying a week ago. When I phone National Mattress they tell me to email support who will "respond soon" but they don't respond. So the new mattress is on the floor and I am out $400 for a defective product.”

“Placed an order that said delivery date Oct 6. Well, October 6th rolled around and it hadn’t even been shipped yet. I contacted the store and they assured me it would be shipped on the 7th and delivered on the 14th. I move on the 16th. Tight but manageable. I have now been informed it won’t be delivered until maybe the 21st… Well that’s a bit of a problem, considering I won’t be living there anymore. And that was a “MAYBE 21st”. Needless to say I wouldn’t have ordered from here. Lying about quick shipping to snag a customer is greasy.”
