“I had great experiences at Markham store and online customer service”

“The first store I called said they didn't deliver to my area and when asked, they told me no other store does. I found another store and they said yes we deliver, so first not so good experience. Ordered and promised 13 matresses and only showed up with 12. Was difficult to find out the details about why this was. Friendly service and quick delivery, we have yet to see how comfortable and durable these will be.”

“If you know what brand you want and what style, it's really worth going here first to see if you get a significant deal. I like how they're so chill and they don't pressure you into a sale but they are there to help if you need them.”

“I ordered online and the delivery was fast and efficient. The delivery guys were very professional. I had to do an exchange, and we are still in the process but it has been very smooth and they are good to deal with.”

“If you're looking for a mattress this is the place to go. Mattresses were all labelled with description and firmness. The Salesperson was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Overall, an easy buying experience.”

“This was our second purchase of a mattress from National. Wayne was very knowledgeable on the products. Since our first mattress model has been discontinued he explained the style of mattress that was very similar to our original purchase. Wayne gave us time to explore our options and answered all our questions. Great buying experience!”

“I purchased the Springwall "The Rock" mattress from National Mattress and have been very happy with it. The mattress is firm, supportive, and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep without feeling too hard. The staff at National Mattress were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the buying process easy with no pressure. Overall, it's excellent value for the quality, and I would recommend both the mattress and National Mattress to anyone looking for a supportive, Canadian-made mattress.”

“This is the second time we bought from national mattress and I can’t praise enough. We found exactly what we were looking for. We tried 3-4 mattresses from the big stores but never satisfied until we came across national mattress. I always recommend NM to people when they are shopping for mattresses!”

“Outstanding. The selection at the warehouse was amazing and the prices unbeatable. Jevon, the sales representative who assisted me, was phenomenal -- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and not pushy (unlike reps I had dealt with at a competitor store). Although your warehouse is a little out of the way for me to get to, I will never go anywhere else for a mattress again. I am also recommending you highly to my friends, family, and coworkers. Can't wait for my new mattress and box spring to arrive!”

“It was a nice experience that offers a large variety of mattresses with also in budget and on the top of multiple purchase the rep also offers me further discount which on the top of everything that I experience there @ National Mattress. Would definitely recommend to try atleast once. Thanks”
