“It has been a pleasure dealing with national mattress and their customer service. Got the perfect firmness we were looking for. We forgot to book WG delivery and rebooked it again but delivery was very next day. Highly recommend this.”

“Can't say enough good things about Arnold at this location!!! Not only did he find me the perfect mattress to help with my back pain (after me being super skeptical since I've tried so many previous mattresses that haven't delivered on its promises) he also found me the best deal! No regrets, excited for next day delivery. Thanks for helping me out today. This process would have been a lot more confusing if he wasn't there to guide me.”

“This was the easiest and least stressful mattress experience I’ve had. I was greeted kindly and helped with my questions but was not pressured in any way like traditional furniture stores. The store had a great selection with a clean and efficient setup. The prices for quality were outstanding as well and I was in an out with a new mattress within 30 minutes.”

“Excellent website for shopping comparsion of different mattresses with detailed specifications listed and no sales pressure when visiting their large "showroom" store at 1655 Dundas East in Mississauga. Staff are not on sales commission and hence their focus is finding the best mattress fit for your budget and sleeping requirements.”

“### Excellent Customer Service I am extremely happy with my purchase and, especially, with the level of professionalism and customer service I received from this company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive. They answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, without ever trying to push their opinion or pressure me into a particular choice. I really appreciated that approach. “Mattress is great, can't beat the price and quality. Also happy it's made in Canada. Had some technical difficulties choosing a delivery date on the website so just chose pick up instead. Called customer service after and they helped me switch to free delivery. Delivery drivers were also great, got a text with a time slot and then a text when they were close.”
