“I had a great experience at National Mattress! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked with different price ranges for both queen and king mattresses. They provided several options for me to try in-store so I could compare them and figure out which one felt best. I never felt pressured and really appreciated how patient and informative they were throughout the process. I would definitely recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress!”

“Here's a polished review you could post: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very positive experience with National Mattress. While my mattress delivery ended up being later than originally expected, what really stood out was their honesty and communication throughout the entire process. The delay was due to the manufacturer, which was outside of National Mattress's control, but they never tried to hide that fact or make excuses. Instead, they kept me informed every step of the way, provided regular updates, and were transparent about what was happening. That level of honesty gave me confidence and made the wait much less frustrating. Once the mattress was ready, their team was excellent. The delivery was smooth, professional, and well coordinated, and they kept me updated right through to arrival. Things don't always go exactly as planned, especially when manufacturers are involved, but great customer service is about how a company handles challenges. National Mattress was transparent, responsive, and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.”

“This mattress met my expectations. It feels firm yet still soft when you lie on it and it has an even feel to it. Only know that I tried this new one that I realized how uneven my old mattress used to be. It's also very smooth to touch and I hope that lasts for a while.”

“The mattress and base arrived on the date that was scheduled, but I expected a little more from the white glove delivery service. The delivery people did not take away the garbage, as they said I might need it if I were to return the mattress in a couple of months. They also wouldn't take my old base to the garage. They said I'd have to disassemble it myself first. It's just a few bolts, but I am also certain it could have been brought down the stairs assembled. It's not very heavy just requires two people to navigate the turns. Maybe I expected too much. :)”

“National Mattress was great, even after I gave them the wrong address. I accidentally sent them across town and they still delivered my mattress before the end of day! Their team was extremely communicative, professional and reliable, and the mattress I ordered is fantastic.”

“I decided to treat myself and buy myself a new mattress because it was beyond over due, I think my mattress was 20 years old. I had chatgpt help me decide what type of mattress would suit my needs/ wants and it told me to come to National Mattress. I have absolutely zero regrets about this purchase. It is SO comfortable and my delivery came on time, the drivers were very friendly and fast and communicated well. I have zero complaints about the mattress or the company. I’m SO happy with it. It was also on sale and very reasonably priced. Thank you.”

“Order arrived the next day, not rolled up which was great. The mattress is flippable which makes it feel like we bought two in one. Very comfy, too. Overall great purchase and would 100% recommend it!”

“The mattress had damage on 2 corners which was not visible until it was brought upstairs and flipped over. I called and emailed with pictures and no response. I emailed again and no response.”
