The selection was solid, with a good range of options at different price points, which made it easy to find something that fit both my needs and budget. What stood out most was the customer service. “This is the second time I've purchased a mattress from National Mattress, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The website is easy to shop and easy to find what you're looking for, the service overall is fantastic (including the notifications, email follow-ups, delivery service, etc), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. To be able to order late on a weekend and have my mattress delivered promptly on Monday morning is incredible. If and when I need to purchase another mattress, it will 100% be through National Mattress yet again. Easy, affordable, convenient, with legitimately no hidden strings or anything to complain about - just simple, immaculate service.”

“We were quite impressed with your showroom. So many mattresses to see and choose from, and quite overwhelming. We were greeted by Arnold who very patiently showed us around. He was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Hopefully we made the right choice for our needs and Arnold assured us that if we weren’t satisfied with the comfort of the mattress we decided on we could find something that suited us better. Hopefully that won’t be the case. My husband is very excited to sleep in a new bed. Your prices are very reasonable and we will certainly be referring National Mattress to family and friends.”

“This is my second purchase from National Mattress and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Their website makes it easy to compare different mattress types and their descriptions and specifications help find the mattress that fits you best. They even had a great discount for purchasing an adjustable base with mattress purchase. Delivery came the next day and the delivery people were great.”

“Recently bought my first home and I had a hard time figuring out where to buy a mattress. Found National Mattress through an instagram ad so I wasn’t sure it was legit. Visited the actual store and I’ll probably only ever buy from these guys. My eurotop bed is soo comfy, it’s crazy. Shoutout to Jevon from the Markham location for helping us pick it out. Delivery came next day!!”
