“I've been purchasing from National Mattress for the past 2 years and have recommended it to all my friends/family! The prices are so affordable, shipping is reliable and fast, and the mattresses are extremely comfortable (even the ones at the bottom of the price scale)! Love this place”

“I went to the National Mattress outlet in Hamilton after a recommendation from someone. Upon entry I was greeted by Wayne. Who I must say was very knowledgeable about the products and has great customer service. I was impressed at the inventory they had along with the price for quality. If you are looking for a mattress with quality at a good price, I would tell you look no further. They have the same brands as the competitors at a fraction of the cost with delivery. I am happy I shopped here!”

“I recently purchased a queen mattress from National Mattress and had a great experience. The ordering process was easy, and the delivery was fast and on time. The mattress itself is very comfortable and offers great support — exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the quality and service. Would definitely recommend National Mattress to anyone in need of a good night’s sleep”

“Love the easy to decipher website and ordering process. Order came faster than expected. Only deducted a star because they don’t deliver to my village (yet will deliver to Orillia which is the same distance..) Please consider expanding the radius slightly or allow customers to pay for delivery”

“The help was amazing in store and when dropping off the mattress. I also had to exchange and it was easy . I ordered at around 8 in the night and it came the next morning. Refund was super easy and I also got a free pillow .”

“It took me like 5 days to make the purchase I wanted to due to a website error, definitely not getting picked to win my purchase lol. I ended up calling between multiple stores looking for a solution, since despite shipping to my province the mattress wasn't set up in their website backend as a nationwide ship even though it came up under my postal code and allowed me to put in all the transaction info. I think in the end one of the store reps I talked to got someone in management to make an exception for it so I could finally purchase after refreshing the page and retrying a bunch days later. There was genuine effort to help from some of the store employees, though one store when I asked if I could talk to a supervisor at the start of the call in hopes of solving my issue quickly after several days of no progress denied my request even after explaining the situation.”
