“It's been a week and a half since I got the delivery. However, the mattress is firm, though the edges are not lined up straight. It's kinda tilted inside on the edges. Apart from till now it's good.”

“Delivery came with wrong size mattress had to come back the next day, as compensation offered to install mattress on bed. Next day came delivery came they gave me 2 pillows free which was a nice gesture but never installed mattress on bed.”

“I have never had a bad experience at National Mattress. Ben, who was the one who helped us out, was very knowledgeable and provided great assistance to us in making our purchase. Delivery was quick and without incident. Would not hesitate to go back, and always refer National Mattress to our friends and family.”

“First time ever at National Mattress. What can I say. These guys are incredible. Very knowledgeable about their products, very service oriented and very attentive to your needs. “I love my extra firm mattress from Serta. It is firm and provides just right level of support. The quality of my sleep has improved! The service from the delivery people was great - they were professional and helpful. Overall my experience from purchase to delivery to use of the mattress was great. Highly recommended!”

“We are very pleased with our decision to shop at National Mattress. Arnold W in your Markham location was terrific , personable and well informed . We did know 100% that we want Tempurpedic . Arnold took the time to explain what separated the different models and their price points . Sample mattresses were ready to try . The price was excellent . Much more competitive than the National chain with the “jingle” Delivery was next day ! Easily tracked through a link they provided. 30 min heads up before arrival . Quick and very polite , the delivery was seamless. We plan on buying another new bed when some Reno’s are complete . We will be returning to National Mattress 100% !!
