“Exceptional experience! Partner and I went into the store in Markham and the representative there was super helpful in telling us about the different mattresses and letting us try a few out. We then found the one we wanted and placed an online order for next day delivery which was incredibly prompt. We got a 2-hour window for the expected delivery and the drivers called to give a 30min heads up which was super helpful. They efficiently dropped the mattress off at our front porch and that was it! A few hours later the mattress was ready, and we had the best night of sleep in a long time!”

“Went in to find a mattress for my son. Was promptly taken care of by Logan and he broke down everything so easily for us. We were in and out within 20 minutes! In this day and age where you can buy online, this is where personal customer service really shines and makes a difference! Thank you Logan so much for being direct and honest and helping us out. We were really happy with this stellar experience!”

“Buying the mattress was a pleasant experience. I was given plenty of advice and help from Manvir after which I got to try out a bunch of buffet options on my own without any pressure from any sales staff. The delivery was also prompt and the mattress was easy to handle since it came “in a box”. Would recommend getting you mattress from here.”

“Great experience at National Mattress (1655 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4X 1L5). The two employees working on Saturday at 12 PM, a young lady and a young man, were very helpful in explaining the differences in products. There was no push to buy anything at all. In particular, the young man remembered from us the prior visit, and gave great explanations on the benefits and drawbacks of the mattresses we checked online, tailored for our needs. Much appreciated!”

“The mattress is great so far. The delivery worked well except that it was quite a bit later than originally planned, and I didn't have an elevator booked. The people who did the delivery were fabulous and flexed with the unexpected complications.”

“Steeles Ave West location. Good selection of mattresses. Thank you to Logan for his help. No pressure to buy anything, just patience and customer support. He provided information on a variety of brands and explained the internal “components” of different models. 365 day at home trial is a big feature of National Mattress. Will recommend National Mattress to family and friends when their time comes to purchase a new mattress.”

“Natinal Mattress has the best prices, the best in store selection and the best delivery with on time tracking on your delivery day. I visited the store selected a couple of mattresses that suited me and went home. Later I went on line and made my purchase, it was a snap free process. The day of my delivery my partner tried out my new purchase and desided she wanted the same one. I called the store and we had another one delivered the next day. Truely great products and people.”

“This is our second time ordering from National Mattress becaude they are amazing! We visited the store to check out what they had and made our order online. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgable. Our delivery experience was great, got a call that I missed and they also text you to give you a heads up that they are almost there with your item. Highly recommend!”

“The delivery experience was excellent. The driver and delivery staff were very polite, professional, and arrived on time. I really appreciated their service. However, my in-store experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me seemed impatient when I asked questions, and the way they responded made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was quite surprised by the attitude, especially as I was simply asking questions before making my purchase. Overall, I was very happy with the delivery team, but the in-store customer service could definitely be improved.”

“We got their in-house queen size mattress in 'firm'- and this has been the best decision for our backs. we love the sturdy feel of it and will definitely buying from them every other time. The delivery was also early and very smooth. Overall, highly satisfied.”
