“We had a great experience here shopping for a new mattress. The person that assisted us was very knowledgeable about mattresses, he readily answered every question with passion and detail. There were many mattresses available to try, ranging from a few hundred to thousands of dollars -- definitely something for everyone. It was a low pressure environment, which was appreciated. The staff was there to assist if needed, but otherwise you can be left alone to explore. We ended up purchasing a mattress. Delivery was excellent as well. There were multiple delivery options and we received the mattress the next day. So far we are very happy with the purchase.”

“I bought a mattress that was a lot firmer than in store, then when i asked for a refund i was told i had to buy another mattress and i could only exchange. I was told to send pictures of the mattress and my exchange was approved but i was told my refund was conditional on inspection and i had to wait 3 days to get it not when i handed back the mattress and that was also upon inspection. So basically if the inspector deemed this not mint condition they would only “partially” refund whatever that means When i went to the store, i was told i had BUY the mattress bag ($8) seriously after a customer has already had a bad experience you charge them an adoption $8 for a bag Never shopping here again”

“Delivery was great. Product was not. National mattress assistant claimed the slats would be typically 3 inches or less in spacing but was actually 5&1/2 inches apart. Foam mattresses require 3 inches or less for slat spacing or the mattress will sag. What was advertised as a 2 inch foundation was actually 1&1/2 inches.”

“They are extremely professional They know what you need to help you to choose the right mattress for your need. I was there for my mother so they offered different type of mattresses for her to help with the low back pain and hip pain she had. They also gave her 100 nights of sleep to test it out. Very nice service.”

“Visiting woodbine location was extremely helpful for me to decide on a mattress because they have good selections to choose from and very easy to buy and deliver next day. Such an excellent service with respectful drivers. I would suggest all my people to buy obligations from here with excellent pricing as well. Thanks again. Logan was extremely helpful too.”
