“Great selection of mattresses. It was the only place I could find an ultra plush mattress (Beautyrest) near me, which is ridiculously comfortable and the only type of mattress I will ever own if I can help it. Would have been 5 stars, but the delivery experience left a bit to be desired (just dumped the mattress in the hallway because they were "too busy" to put it in the bedroom).”

“I had a delivery yesterday (12/18) and the driver was scheduled to arrive in the morning around 730am; however, I had missed his call so he returned later in the evening around 430pm. Not only did the driver return the same day for delivery which I understand is not promised but he also went above and beyond in terms of communication and customer service. I ordered entirely online so, for me, the driver served as a face of the company and he did very well in representing National Mattress. My experience was super smooth, straightforward and effortless. Thank you.”

“After thoroughly researching mattresses and mattress retailers for the best quality service support and of course price. I ultimately found there was no match for national mattress. I furthermore waited for sales like Black Friday to compare retailers, but found that their prices even sale prices were still higher and provided fewer services and mattress selection than national.”

“They delivered exactly as promised. I have been using it for three weeks, and it has been comfortable for me. The fabric quality could be slightly improved; however, considering the price, the product meets expectations and I have no complaints.”

“Everyone I encountered was excellent. The sales staff were well informed and worked to find me a mattress that would suit me best. The mattress was quickly delivered the next day by two lovely gentlmen that both greeted me with a smile. I would highly recommend this store.”
