“I recently upgraded my mattress, and the entire purchasing process was just as impressive as the product itself. If you’re nervous about buying a big-ticket item online, this experience should put your mind at ease. Highlights of the Experience: User-Friendly Selection: The website made it incredibly easy to compare models. The descriptions of firmness levels and materials were accurate, which helped me feel confident in my choice without needing to test it in a showroom. Transparent Communication: I received regular updates from the moment I hit "order" to the minute it arrived at my door. No "delivery windows" that lasted all day—they were prompt and precise. Easy Setup: The mattress arrived well-packaged and manageable. It unrolled perfectly and reached its full shape much faster than I anticipated, with virtually no "new mattress" smell. Peace of Mind: Knowing there was a solid trial period and a straightforward return policy made the decision much lower-risk. It’s rare to have a high-end purchase go this smoothly. “SO far we are happy with the matress, we did have issues with delievery and are still waiting to hear back on our inquiry to head office. I was happy with the help i received over the phone prior to our pruchase and its too soon to say if this is the right matress for us.”

“Everything went really smoothly when choosing a mattress. I was able to take my time in selecting the one I liked. They didn't tell me to take a photo of the mattress info before I went to cash and brought the info from the mattress, so they just need to flag that when a new customer enters. Other than that, I had a nice chat about the Ireland and Scotland, and am looking forward to receiving my new mattress this week. I hope that process is as smooth as it was in store!”

“Excellent place to buy mattresses. We checked almost all mattress stores and found this one online. Visited there and found the mattress we wanted within our budget. Customer service is great and they provided 365 days replacement option which is not provided in market anywhere. The rule of thumb is simple, if you want to buy a mattress, simply go here and you will find it what you need!”

“The young lady that helped us as soon as we walk through the door was knowledgable and very helpful. She was the only one running the whole big warehouse. She did a wonderful job and I love my mattress. Thank you.”

“We had a mixed experience. Our original salesperson was very helpful. After making our decision about which mattress to purchase we returned to the store and placed our order. On our 1st visit we were tied Beauty Rest was 20% off. When we returned we were told it had been reduced to 13%. At no time were we told it was one particular mattress. We ordered and were given a small cash register receipt. When I got the full invoice by email, it did not reflect my 13% discount. I reached out, asking for an adjustment I was told it only applied to one mattress, the most expensive version. It was still much cheaper than their competitor. Hopefully, when the mattress arrives we will be happy.”
