“National Mattress was our first stop when looking for a new mattress and boxspring. The showroom was large, with a wide range of sample beds available to test. I was happy to see that they had plastic covers to reduce debris transfer. Will was very helpful and informative. He listened to our requirements, showed us a few things that would fit our needs, and gave us time to test them out. Once we'd made our decision, he ordered everything and arranged prompt delivery. The prices were excellent! We were able to find an extra-firm queen mattress, boxspring, and mattress cover for less than $1000. (Some places don't even start their clearance mattresses at that price!) We'll definitely go back to National Mattress again when it's time for our next new bed. Thanks again, Will!”

“The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was free to look and try the mattresses that were suggested to me without any pressure. Our purchase was delivered quickly and we enjoyed our first nights sleep and are very happy.”

“Went to buy a mattress online. said it was free next day shipping to my postal code but was not working so I called in. They said they couldn't ship next day but could do 3 days. I said yes and order proceeded. Got call from driver on day 3 confirming everything was good. I said yes then 30 minutes go by and they say they can't deliver to me because "distribution rerouted me". Spoke to customer service and delivery driver. said it was a distribution issue so emailed support who told me "Engine failure" was reason for reschedule.... problem for them is I already spoke with the delivery driver and customer service who said it was a decision because of the distance. Makes false promises and does not deliver.”

“All was great! Except , I think the $35 plus HST fee for the white glove service is a bit much and just a way to gouge the customer. I would not have used the white glove delivery if I would have known that bed was in a box. I could have moved it myself with my dolly.”

“I love the mattress. But our experience with National Mattress was less than stellar. Originally ordered July 13. Was told the mattress was on back order but approx delivery date was July 25. I reached out July 29 and was told mattress stock would arrive first week of August. I’d receive info about delivery shortly after. On August 6 I reached out again as no update from National Mattress. I received no reply. I reached out again August 11. Again no reply. I called on August 12 and was told that stock was delayed until end of August. I requested to switch my order to an “open bag” mattress available on the website with next day delivery. I received the delivery live update link August 12th in the evening. By 8am on August 13, the delivery was showing as not scheduled. I called customer service and was told everything was booked properly but my mattress wasn’t on the truck. Delivery was rescheduled for August 14 and I received the same live delivery notice in the evening of the 13th. By 8am on the 14th, again my delivery was randomly cancelled. I called customer service August 14 @ 10:30am and was again told everything was booked properly so they would contact their manager to get things looked at. At 6:30pm I hadn’t received an update so I called back. The agent had no record of my earlier call and conversation and again said they’d escalate my complaint to management. August 15 I received notice that delivery was scheduled for August 17. August 16 I received a call saying that there was an issue with the warehouse and my delivery would be rescheduled for August 19. Finally today, August 19, I received my mattress! Again, so so happy with the mattress. But wouldn’t recommend ordering through this company due to the issues with communication, lack of product, and delivery hassle.”
