“National Mattress provided a smooth and stress-free experience from the in-store visit to the final delivery. The staff at the Markham location were extremely knowledgeable and patient. You can ask any question, and they take the time to address any hesitation or concern you may have about different brands, styles, and which mattress might be the right choice for you. The delivery process was also excellent. If your selected mattress is in stock, they can often deliver as soon as the next day. What impressed me most was the precise delivery time window — not the typical “8 a.m. to 5 p.m.” wait that many companies still use. Price-wise, it’s hard to find anyone who can compete with them. Of course, you can choose to shop elsewhere, but in my opinion, you might regret not coming here first.”

“This is my second time buying a mattress from National Mattress. They have the best prices and good quality. My first mattress lasted for several years, and when it was time to replace it, I turned to this company again. The only downside, for which I took off one star, is the delivery. Initially, they scheduled it for the next day after I ordered, but they rescheduled it for the next day, so I changed my plans twice. But maybe that was just a coincidence... Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, the price, and the service, and I recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances!”

“The customer reps at the outlet store were very knowledgeable and I was able to test the bed for longer than I thought I would be allowed to. I like how straightforward the sales process was and setting up delivery. The delivery person was very nice and my mattress came in mint condition. I also love the fact that they’re a 365 day trial to it but I already know I’m going to commit to this one because it’s a big upgrade from my last one which in hindsight I shouldn’t have gotten it from where I got it from.”

“We purchased a Beauty Rest from the Hamilton location. The Sales Associate Wayne was incredible. He patiently listened and responded directly to each question we asked. He was very knowledgeable and forthright without being pushy or dismissive. He went above and beyond to secure a delivery window that worked with our schedule. The drivers that delivered the mattress communicated their ETA and arrived as expected. They were friendly, polite and professional. I rate this buying experience 9/10. It’s not a perfect score b/c we couldn’t purchase our first choice of mattress b/c it was not in stock and there was no back order date in your system. Wayne explained this meant he couldn’t tell us when it would be available. We received the mattress yesterday in great condition; the protective wrapping fully intact. We’ll take the next month or so to evaluate this mattress. We’re comfortable knowing that we can exchange the product within 90 days should it not work yo our satisfaction. Thank you National Mattress for your help.”

“Before shopping, I did some research and liked that National Mattress doesn’t pay a commission to its sales people. That helped reassure me that I was getting honest advice on which mattress to purchase. I am happy with my new bed but must admit they could do better on shipping. My options were they would leave it in the lobby of my building or I had to pay extra for them to bring it up to my apartment and take away my old bed to wherever my building collects large items for disposal. For a small fee other stores provide bags to put the old bed in and haul it away. Overall I am happy I chose National Mattress.”
