“The fast delivery time of the mattress, box spring and frame is misleading on your website. The reason I ordered from National Mattress was because of the advertised quick delivery time. I was told today from Customer Service staff that the order won’t be delivered until next week now. This doesn’t help my mother in law who recently had hip surgery and now has to wait another week for a bed that should already be delivered. Disappointed.”

“I purchased a mattress at National Mattress in Hamilton. The was very knowledgeable and found the perfect and budget friendly mattress. The delivery date was fast (next day) and the delivery service exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend National Mattress company.”

“They have a wide selection for every budget. Buying a bed online is the worst decision anyone can make because you dont know what youre getting. For a one stop shop and peace of mind, National Mattress truly the place to shop. You get the most for what you pay for without the gimmicks. They are professional and know the importance of getting the best rest by getting the right fitting bed.”

“Gregory at the Barton St store in Hamilton was very helpful to me in my selection of a new mattress. I bought a great mattress at an excellent price and it was delivered on time just 2 days later. A wonderful.buying experience. Great job, National Mattress !”

“We had to get a new mattress in a hurry because of surgical requirements. The showroom had many for us to try, and found one that was in stock. There are a lot of backorders. The salesperson Henry was very helpful in helping us find a mattress which was delivered the following day.”

“Good experience. I visited the Kitchener store and was able to check out the variety of mattresses. There was no pressure to buy and I found a mattress I liked. It was just delivered, less than a week later and I'm hoping I'm going to be very happy with it, can't wait to go to sleep tonight on a new soft, cushy mattress!”

“I worked with Jun on getting a new mattress after my old one started to feel bad. He was great, very calm and didn’t push me to buy one or another. But he also was great at making suggestions. The pressure-free sales environment is a unique experience in the GTA for me. I much appreciated not feeling like he wanted me to get in and out as soon as possible, or buy something I didn’t need.”

“I am really impressed with this mattress! The firmness is absolute perfection, and for the first time in a long time, I am finally getting a great night’s sleep. It provides incredible support when sleeping on my back, and to my surprise, it’s also very comfortable when sleeping on my side with zero pressure points. It just feels amazing overall. Highly recommended!”

“This is an honest review of my experiences at National Mattress. If you are in need of a new quality high end mattress and or box spring, you must go to National Mattress at 842 Victoria street Kitchener before even going to the Brick, Leon’s, mattress surplus etc… You will find all types of mattresses laid out in the huge store available to try, and the price will blow away All Competitors by far. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and never pressure you to buy from them. They want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and hope you will tell friends & family, and also hope you will too come back. Don’t hesitate, go to National Mattress today… Trust Me, I have bought from there 3x… You Won’t Be Disappointed 😃 Kelly G”

“When i walked in we were approached by the sales man. He was very nice and asked if we needed any help. I explained my needs and he directed us to multiple mattresses and let us come to Jim if we had questions. He was very helpful and provided us with the exact support we needed. That is the reason why I purchased my mattress at this National Mattress store. Thank you”
