“Great experience shopping for a mattress. We were greeted when we arrived and assistance was offered, but we declined it as we wanted to browse first. We were told to take our time and to let staff know if we needed help or had any questions. This laid-back approach gave us the freedom to browse without feeling pressured. Our daughter was able to try several mattresses and take her time choosing one without feeling rushed or awkward. Once she made her choice, the purchase process was quick and easy. The mattress wasn't in stock, but it was available the very next day. The pick up process was also quick and easy. Friend service and a relaxed shoping experience!”

“This is the 3rd mattress we bought from national mattress. We love the extra firm NM 10". The price is very reasonable as well. Much lower than the other kinds of mattresses, but it is exactly what we want. Just put a cooling mattress topper on it, then it's perfect. We have the queen, full, and now we want the king size. Although the king still back order. We are still hoping to get it on time before our guests arrive. I should have ordered earlier. We always order from the Markham location. This time, I called, and Henry helped me process the order and paid online. It was very convenient. Highly recommended for extra firm mattress lovers.”

“After going to a couple stores, I googled and found this store. When we arrived I was immediately greeted by Alex, who treated us with the utmost respect and was super friendly. The mattress was being purchased for my kiddo. Alex helped my kiddo decide which type of mattress they would like. We left and I came back within 2 hours to purchase it. The mattress was delivered with care the very next day. My kiddo loves the new mattress s as f says it’s the best sleep they’ve ever had. I highly recommend National Mattress.”
