Horrible experience, I tried to cancel my order but it was still scheduled for delivery. Canceled the delivery but it's been almost two weeks and my purchase still hasn't been refunded.

Ordered a mattress, next day it was cancelled and refunded. No explanation, nothing. It takes 30 seconds to take my money and 5 days to return it....

Payment receipt not given to us. We had purchased two mattresses. We are not happy. Invoice is sent to us through email only. No hard copy from printer. We purchased 2 mattresses: king and double. When mattress reached at home, then we came to know that double mattress has a spring inside it. This info of spring not disclosed to us at the time of selection and buying. We are absolutely Not Not Happy

I can't read website descriptions without being booted down to the bottom of the screen to the reviews section. I would prefer to read the description in peace without being interrupted by this. It’s very annoying and intrusive! I will not buy for that reason.

Apparently they use a 3rd party delivery service that they didn't know the delivery people would not contact customer if they are having difficulty finding address and just say it was refused! They made no attempt to contact me and they were outside of they said delivery time. Unacceptable. I have asked for a total refund and will not order from here again.

Mattress is ok, but packaging should be properly sealed to protect the mattress from dirt and damage during delivery. Thanks.

The spring box I received is completely faulty and I called the customer care support and they said if the box is open, you cannot return it. Is this my fault that your product is faulty?

Our package did not arrive on time. There is no tracking number and can not contact a person to speak to. Poor customer service.

I found they have terrible customer service and once you make the purchase they dont really care anymore. I made my purchase and set up a delivery date which shows on my invoice. I got a random email a couple days before from a third party saying its now going to be the next Monday. Whenever I called national mattress I had to wait on hold for quite sometime before someone would answer. When they did they acted very concerned like they wanted to help. First call- " oh let me figure this out for you ill call you back right away!" 6 hours later when I called back. " oh that's no good let me figure this out for you" instantly transfers me to a line that non stop ringing. Third time I call - " sorry to here this sir, I want to help you so I need you to email support, and then im going to call support and have them reach out to you right away" Confused by this i said if youre going to call them anyway why cant you the employee contact them and tell them what's going on you have the invoice, you have the dates, you hired the third party not me and youre going to contact support anyway seems silly I too have to email them. "Sorry sir I understand your frustration im just an employee you have to contact support " im so happy they understand your frustration because when I asked if he could just transfer me to a manager after that he said "yes sir I will transfer you" and then just hung up. When i emailed support like I was told to all they did was tell me to email the third party, acted like they cared by saying stuff like " im sorry you were not satisfied with our reply," and all they really did was delay the week until my mattress was delivered. In conclusion my complaint did nothing, my mattress still came a week late. Nothing was done by.national mattress except make me do more work and email support, who did nothing but delay the week, and tried to get me to do even more work and email the third party while just creating more upset by saying stuff like "we are sorry this is happening," and " we are sorry you weren't happy with our response," because nothing they said was helpful and they sure didnt do anything helpful, and they literally did nothing to try and rectify this in anyway what so ever. The Brick will actually refund some of.your purchase but not national mattress they only care about your money and not the customer that's 100% garuntee right there

We placed an order for a queen mattress and a matching boxspring through National Mattresses. However, they delivered only the mattress and not the boxspring. When I asked about the missing boxspring, which was clearly listed on the invoice (Order no: order #000313693) they claimed that it does not come with one (lie). I explained that I had compared prices across multiple vendors and chose them specifically because the order included a boxspring. Unfortunately, National Mattresses proved to be unreliable. What they advertise on their website does not match what they deliver, and they were not truthful about what was included in the invoice. They made promises they did not fulfill. They deliver only the Mattresses not the Matching BoxSpring mentioned in the invoice. I highly recommend choosing a different vendor, as National Mattresses is not trustworthy. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Originally, I was impressed with the price, quality and service when I first bought a mattress for my youngest son when he moved out a few months ago, that I just purchased a second one for my eldest who is moving out this week. Unfortunately, within an hour of delivery, my son determined the box spring was too high and disproportionate to the bed frame and decided not to use it. I called to ask if we could return it. They refused because he had taken the plastic packaging off it. This was within an hour of delivery!!! I can't see how they can possibly take back a mattress with their 100 night sleep trial guarantee... so this must be a scam. Do they really expect you would keep the plastic wrapping on a mattress to sleep on??? It's not like we wanted a refund on the boxspring, just an exchange for a low profiile one. I will never do business with this company again.

I recently made a purchase, never heard anything regarding the delivery. I’ve had to call several times and still there is no eta on the delivery of a product after weeks of purchase. Now the price of the product has dropped and I still haven’t even been contacted by your third party “gobolt” for delivery. I’m not happy about his experience at all. I’m still in limbo…

I purchased a mattress recently. which came damaged. I wrote to them to inform the issue and never heard back from them. Never going to purchase from them again. I was returning customer and even earlier referred about them but very dissapointed this time.

The pilling on the brand new mattress has not been sorted out by the head office. When one buys a new mattress you donot expect pilling when it is opened. If this is normal according to them then replace it as it will not make a difference to you but to me it does!
