the delivery guy showed up without any help and wanted me to help him take the mattress up the stairs this is after they charged me extra to take it up the stairs

I stumbled upon this store 2 years ago offering 'made in Canada' mattresses at seemingly great prices. However, my shopping experiences thus far have left much to be desired. My initial order was abruptly cancelled just one day after placement due to the item being 'out of stock.' Curiously, shortly after the cancellation, I noticed the same mattress back in stock, but now at double the price. In another instance, I ordered a mattress base which arrived defective. Despite being assured of a replacement, I was left to deal with the hassle and expense of disposing of the faulty furniture myself. Feeling somewhat optimistic, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a mattress last month. Although the delivery was not as prompt as promised, I could live with it. However, my patience was tested again when I discovered the exact same mattress listed for $150 less on their website a mere five minutes after I finalized my purchase. Seeking resolution, I reached out to CS to request a price match or order cancellation. Their response was unsatisfactory, attributing the price difference to location-based shipping fees that were not indicated in the invoice. My further investigation revealed a separate website for customers in BC with the same lower pricing, confirming my suspicions. Despite my attempts to address the issue with CS, they have since ignored my messages. It's disappointing to encounter such lackluster service and questionable practices from a company claiming to offer quality Canadian-made products."

The person that delivered my boxspring, Dwight must be one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. In our conversation over the phone he ended up screaming at me over the phone, who does that??? Absolutely unacceptable and this will make me think more thab twice about doing business with you again.

Price of mattress is affordable and it arrived within a week or so (we were buying it from Kingston, ON). However, the mattress appears to have manufacturing defects. Gaps were found in the stitching at the bottom of the mattress and holes on the base as well. Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Purchased a duel king box spring online. Explained that both myself and my wife are disabled and would need the mattress removed to change out the old box spring with the new ones. Drivers would not do it explaining they cant touch anything unless its in plastic. So how am i supposed to put a king mattress in plastic when first i dont have plastic that size and second i have 1 good arm. They should have told me this right from the beginning and I would have ordered from a company that would do the service i needed. That is what we paid delivery for.

The main problem respect when came in side the store very bad customer service take I never seen in Canada like the guy in side the store when came in side the store you help and respect the customer I was dissatisfied I hope you will fix the behavior

Very, very disappointed. I can never recommend this company to anybody. The NM queen extra firm mattress has a toxic smell. I paid $592.00 to this kind of mattress, it was a rip off. I search and there are big stores selling better quality of mattress which is cheaper. Not like this, looks like no name brand mattress. I have mentioned the bad smell in my very first email to customer support but did not say any word about this complain. My allergy became worst cause of the bad smell and this mattress give me back pain and I only tried for 9 nights, just to give a try and suffering for the bad smell. My husband did not even want to sleep in the room cause of the smell. After giving a tried, we packed this mattress in the original bag, totally sealed with bad smell. It is standing in the foyer, ready to go. I even asked the customer support if he wants me to take picture and send to him, no answer from him. My few emails I asked Donnie questions, like if I will change this mattress to another one and let say, it will give me back pain again, what will be the next choice? Do you have anything in mind? I did not hear any answer about this question. I realized after they received my money seems they are ignoring customers. I even asked him to give back $400.00 and pick up this mattress for I already felt something about this company. I need to pay $95.00 to pick up and change for another mattress which I need to pay more money. I will end up of spending more which I can't afford. I even told him that I only borrowed money from my friend to pay my credit card inorder not to pay high interest. I was also in the business before but I did pay attention to my customers concern. You have to remember every customer is very important in the company. They are the one supporting your business and without customer you will end up of closing your business permanently. Customer is the back bone of your success in the business. Thank you very much. The products of this store are similar to low quality second-hand products and you will realize this when you unwrap the product. And what's worse is that when you want to return the product, you realize that this store is not like all the sleeping accessories stores in Canada and does not have a return policy. This is a clear fraud because they do not tell the costumers about this policy at the time of purchase, and there is only a small writing under the purchase invoice that he pays for it.

The sales person at the store was NOT nice at all and supee rude. I told him we are furnishing three apartments and we will be returning back and he didn't care at all. Also they didn't describe the return policy about pillows to us and without even using the pillows we went in the day after to exchange and the same person was so rude. Fortunately there was another guy that helped us.

lacking customer service for a return. Factory sealed item that was never used was refused because it would have been logistically difficult for them. It wasn't logistically difficult to take my money though

Don't expect proper delivery. First delivery date was cancelled because they forgot to load mattress onto truck. New delivery date was post surgery for me, and I requested that masks be worn. This was noted on delivery invoice. Delivery people arrived and one refused to wear a mask. My husband had to help bring mattress upstairs. I paid for a service that was not completed properly, and I should be reimbursed. Mattress came in a dirty plastic covering, but is comfortable. A mattress tag at the side was torn and I wonder if this indicates it being a "second" in some way. Low price was great. Service was not.

Paid for delivery to upstairs bedroom. Delivery drivers said they couldn’t and didn’t even try. I ended up doing it MYSELF! Lazy employees do the company more harm. AVOID

Very poor customer service. The guy who came to deliver was super arrogant and already angry at something. Rang the bell 6 times continously and barged in with the mattress the moment door was opened.
