Their customer service is the worst. No phone can be called for the post-sales service. The only way is through email, you can just ignore your emails!!!! You can not find any manager to talk to, when you call their number, they always say "I am just a sales guy and can not do any help, you can just only email our support". I bought a mattress from their store. Found there is a swelling line on the mattress which makes the mattress uneven and uncomfortable when sleeping. After about two days I contacted them and sent them lots of images and they always said that was normal and could not do anything. A brand-new mattress should not have an uneven issue. Even though it may have, I would not pick that one because I was buying a new mattress. I am buying a new mattress to have a comfortable sleep, but this new mattress makes me feel painful just because of the uneven line. They just do not want to make a replacement. I know the probability of buying a mattress having this issue is pretty low. But it would happen to you probably, and they would help you if that happened.

Do not trust this vendor! The vendor does not respect their so-called "90 Night Comfort Guarantee", and makes up terms after the sale, regardless of what is published on their website, asking for additional payments and charging extra fees that are not applicable. To close the initial sale the vendor promised a full refund if not satisfied saying that their "no refund" policy was only for in-person sales, not for online orders. The item sold was Significantly Not as Described (I bought a firm mattress, got a very soft one delivered). When I asked for a refund, not only was it denied but worse, they won't apply the initial purchase against a replacement item! Instead, they are asking that I pay in full for a 2nd mattress with a vague promise that a partial refund would follow later.

The driver called and said he was 5 minutes out then proceeded to be at the mall for an hour getting food. If you were stopping for your lunch maybe not call the person and have them waiting for an hour.

The customer service was very unprofessional. The delivery driver wouldn’t answer my call backs 2 minutes after he called me and then said they don’t come to the door and left. When I called him and the head office they answered their phone with just “hello” instead of something more professional. They rescheduled the delivery and then didn’t show. When called to find out why they just said the route was changed and said they could try to fit me in the next day and forgot about it again. When I called them he said he would try to fit me in and came very late. I paid $80 for in room delivery and was only refunded $45 and had to bring it into my place myself

Confirmed original packing of Tempur mattress, but actually delivered opened packing Tempur mattress sealed with adhesive tape plus dirty stains on the back. We emailed to support@nationalmattress.ca immediately about what we received and asked for a replacement or return. Then they tried to give you every kind of excuses to convince you that opened plastics packing Tempur mattress is what they received from Tempur and that opened packing is ORIGINAL PACKING! Terrible experience! Up to today, they still don’t want to make a replacement or return simply want to pay $200 to settle the issue. What a cheating company they are !

lack of customer service, only interested in sale we request suppor details and no one open to explain, they dont know the products, even after but at the time to put the the Mattress in the truck no one help, very poor poor service! Its second time buying here but no good experience

The mattress quality is good. The sales person however was not much helpful at all. He was too straightforward bordering on rudeness. It's just the quality of mattress and me running short of time, otherwise I would never buy from that store. I would highly not recommend such outlets. I have informed all my friends and family to stay away

It's been more than five days since my mattress has been picked up, but it has not arrive yet.

They delivered the wrong mattress to me. I had ordered and paid for the Tempur Pedic ProAlgin in Firm and they delivered to me the Align in Firm which is inferior to what I had ordered and paid for. Add to that the delivery person was very rude. One of them had taken out the boxspring out of the box and was dragging it along the concrete with only it's plastic covering. When I asked to inspect the lead delivery guy got upset at me and gave me a hard time. The lead delivery guy also refused to haul out the old mattress and box spring even though it was written in the contract. When I showed the contract to one of the delivery guys he was ready to do it bu the lead delivery guy talked him out of it. All he did was complain about the traffic and how many he had to delivery and just got out of there as quick as he can. The delivery people also conveniently positioned the mattress so that the lettering was against the headboard and hidden. I have called the store and have wriiten to National Mattress Support informing them that they delivered to me the wrong and inferior mattress than what I had ordered and paid for. I will update this review and see what they do when they call me back on what they're going to do with delivering me a lower end model of the mattress I had ordered and paid for.
