Don't expect them to honor their exchange policy.
Received an item and it was damaged on delivery but we didn't notice until we went to move the item into place. Due to it being more then 24 hrs, they didn't exchange for a new item even though it was unopened and in the original packaging . Sent them pictures to prove our case as requested but they still didn't help. Emailed and called but nobody was helpful for a simple exchange.
