Stay away from them if you need to change a mattress or return it! Your money goes only one way, it is my experience

Hi i have raised my issue with concern for return/replacing the mattress and haven't received any formal reply from the company, order #000272712 what so ever pick-up fees is needed to pay, i will pay but please get it done.

Horrible customer service. When my order got delayed I emailed your customer support team saying I would rather go for a refund. I got an immediate response about refund without any efforts of customer retention nor expediting my order by your team and the refund was initiated.

The mattress was delivered on time and the product is amazing. It was just what I needed hence the description matched the product delivered.

Please don't buy mattress from them..they are big fraud they sell mattress states perfect size and measurements but their mattress are small than actual size…once you buy from them then they create lots excuses to exchange…even they charge $100 to exchange.. ordered hard mattress but their mattress are soft and garbage stuff..pls contact me before buying..

It is very soft and since it is thin you will feel you boxspring under you matress. Not good for adults. Not sure if it even work for the pediatrics.

I'm not happy when i buy mattress from the store i show them Exactly what I saw online and i told them i want the same thing 12 inches of Galaxy gel memory foam but they gave me 10 inches i didn't know until i reviewed it when I opened it when i Measure it is 10 inch so i called them they said it's not true i have 12 inches and I can't exchange it ☹😟🥺😭

Hi Thileepan, after reviewing your order we noticed that you have just purchased 2 box springs. These are not mattresses and are not meant to be slept on. They are supports for a mattress. Please do not sleep directly on your boxspring. If you contact support@nationalmattress.ca we will be happy to help.

The mattress is sinking on one side. I am getting back pain. Did not expect this from the company. Pretty dissatisfied and disappointed with the product.

I am writing about your Mississauga Location We visited your Mississauga Location recently and was thoroughly disappointed in the service we Received. Upon entering this store nobody offered any help at all. We went to the desk and told this person we would like to see the factory special on Serta I comfort. We were told they only had 2 I confort in store and only have them on line. They never offered to show us any other mattress In fact never offered us any help at all. Well we decided to walk in your Warehouse to see what you had. Not once did anyone approach us to offer some assistance. The customer service is just terrible. In fact there is none at all in the Mississauga location. Very disappointed. We believe this should be addressed by Management. Well!we decided to go back to Etobicoke location that we visited once before. From the minute we walked in someone approached us to see if they could help us. We were explained the difference in Mattresses and showed us around. Also explained all charges offers! warranty and delivery status. This location is a 100% better then the Mississauga location We were dealing with a person by the name of Wayne who went out of his way to make sure we understood everything This is why we decided to make a purchase. We would not recommend anyone to the MISSISSAUGA LOCATION Delivery upon delivery while mattress was still on the truck we noticed the packaging had Been torn and mattress looked dirty in that area. Was told it happened when they moved it We decided right then and there we did not want this mattress and told driver they could take it back. We went back to Etobicoke store where we purchased it. As Wayne was not in we explained our situation to the person who was there and he was very apologetic and refunded us for Full amouht. Again the Etobicoke location has excellent Customer service. To say the least we were very Disappointed .

Ordered a mattress on August 7, 2022. I was supposed to be contacted to set up delivery and was not. I called them on Aug 10, 2022 and set up delivery. Delivery was supposed to be Aug 17, 2022 it is now August 20, 2022 and still have not received the delivery. very disappointed as all review said they received their mattress within 3 days of purchase.

The worst experience in my whole life. When I place in the order, I have told the salesperson that I need the boxes move in the basement to my guest room. When the truck arrive,the delivery person refused to put the boxes to the basement unless I pay him $30, as I’m a 74 year old, I have no choice but paid him $30. To me it’s a ripoff. The two deliveries person should be fired for destroying the company image.

There is a $25 charge for in-room service which the delivery persons charged you at the time of delivery. The item was shipped to the wrong address and my attempt to have the error rectified was not successful. I admit the error was mine however there where sufficient clues on the order to have justified some clarification on your part. Not impressed at all!

Based on reviews I decided to order a mattress from National Mattress. After it was ordered I was told they were out of stock, 2 weeks. Once I received my delivery confirmation, the day it was to be delivered they contacted me to say the mattress was promised to someone else. 2 more weeks. When I received my next delivery confirmation, the day it was to be delivered, ( I had sent a detailed description and pictures of where it was to be delivered) I was told they didn't know where to leave it so no delivery again. 2 more weeks. still waiting for delivery. Not very reliable.
