We were sold a refurbished metal bed frame and was not told it was a refurbished product. I called to advise the item was defective and was told they could not help me. I was directed to send an email to customer care

No response to my 3 email follow ups whatsoever. called in and learned my order was never delivered. refused to offer compensation or immediate delivery. had to connect 3 times with customer service via phones to finally set up a delivery date.

Very bad experience from purchase from the national mattress. In just less than few minutes of delivery of mattress, i found that The quilted cover was ripped from few places and immediately i contacted to support team regarding that but team told that we cant do any thing.

Not happy that unable to return for refund the mattress and the box spring - I was not informed that the bed is a collapsable otherwise I would have not ordered from your store. I went online thinking it was a good thing but it is not.

They have a fast service, but the mattress was not what we expected. It is not firm, and our backs are suffering a lot.

Poor customer service. Mattress was delivered damaged and "Donnie" from support said we can give you $30 off and there's nothing else they can do for me when I asked about a return. Not impressed to say the least won't buy from them again. I'm sure you can find same cheap priced mattresses else where.

It was my first time at National mattress and it will be last time, horrible experience at the hamilton barton road location, i have called and emailed my complaint, i hope someone looks into that !!

I didn’t receive an orthopedic mattress which is what I had ordered. The quality of the mattress is extremely poor. I ordered it for my dad who has back issues and turns out its a very basic mattress just like a 100$ one on amazon. Very bad experience with the product.

I received a torn mattress and after I alerted National mattress I was told that I should have inspected the mattress before opening the patch not have opened the package😪. No one told me beforehand. I feel cheated to be honest

The box spring very poor quality doesn't hold the heavy mattress like the previous one we had I was going to call yu this weekend to return it.no coils like the one we had.Thanks

I bought a matress in a box but when its open the mattress is loewer from the head side and also lower from the foot side and higher from the bottom so basically the matress is uneven.its been 6 weeks still they r not take matress from us very baad service.there is no phone option only we can talk with them by email.

I ordered a 6" box spring. When the paperwrk arrived it listed both 5" and 6" models. I called your company and informed them I wanted the 6" box spring. The agent assured me he'd sort it and promised a phone call to confirm. No phone call was received. The next set of paperwork only listed a 5" box spring. When the delivery arrived it was (as expected) a 5" box spring. I refused to accept and contacted your company yet again. I spoke to a 'manager' called Arnold who, after two phone calls promised to send me the required 6" box spring. Later in the day he called me back to tell me that you don't actually sell 6" box springs, despite your web site advertising several of them. I informed Arnold that I would be writing a poor report on social media and he pleaded with hme not to do that. I informed him that when I receive good service I give good feedback but when I receive poor service I report that also. Your company failed to deliver as pormised, told me lies (several) and completely let me down. I hope and trust that somebody in your company reads this report and gets back to me with an apology - but I doubt it very much. My contact details are 519 546 7069. They are trying, unfortyunatelly wrong web for information, ( confirmed verbally: Oh yes, I know. ...) and 2 incomentent people at the end of chain destroyed impression. No more.

Terrible customer service with regards to talking about returns. No opportunity to even speak to someone on an escalation. Positive. Made every effort to accommodate the delivery of the mattress. However it's interesting to note that deliveries are made out only on certain days. So, from order to delivery took about 10 days. Never purchasing from here again.

I live in the building, I am disabled, I can not pickup item from the lobby. I paid for delivery 'to the door', delivery people refused the delivery if I not pay extra $35. Not acceptable.

Be aware of Online order!! It might be different from What Displaying store. I was disappointed of the discrepancy between online order and in-store products; Basically, I visited the store to check and the Markham store agent was very nice gentleman. He told me that the mattress will be compressed. It is very easy for me to bring to the second Floor of my house. And I realize there is a promo code for me to order online, so I placed the order online however, what I received is an inflated mattress Which I could not bring up upstairs. This is not what I saw in the store; I am not sure if somebody use it and return it before me. And the factory just simply put a plastic cover and resell it I have no Choice but refund. I have also to pay the fee to pick up a mattress. It is a waste of time and energy.
