I am really disappointed with the service. I must say that national matress customer support staff are useless. They don't even know their own policies. Peter better learn more about your policies. Requested a return/exchange on a product and I received an email stating it's not possible. Then another member of the customer team sent a review request 2 weeks after the exchange eligible date and acknowledged the issue but clearly stating that they won't do anything about it. Even though we clearly initiated the process within the eligibility period. I simply can't trust the service.

Customer care team guy named Arnold W was very rude. He didn't have etiquette how to handle the customers. He was least interested in answering the questions and didn't care less if you buy it or not.

BEWARE of purchasing a mattress in a box. They sell mattresses that have been condensed for longer than the manufacturer recommends resulting in a mattress that does not expand to full size. When asked to remedy the situation I'm told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer says contact retailer. What a headache. I purchase a King Tuft & Needle Mint Hybrid and it has expanded to 76" in length, whereas, is should be 80". I am waiting to see if National Mattress will resolve this issue. Will update review as needed.

Mattress is a bit too soft. Did not really support my back and I’m still having bad back pain.

Purchased a Bed Frame... staff is friendly and knowledgeable . However with no tax bed frame should have been $176.00 and charged $cdn 200.00 which is not appreciated.. Taken advantage of the tax and raise up the price .. no honesty

The mattress I purchased last week is complete junk! The springs that are in it will go through your back if you unfortuante enough to lye down on it. I would never purchase a mattress from National Mattress again. Better off going to Leons's, Sleep Country or the Brick.

The purchase experience, on time delivery and price is great. However the mattress was defective on delivery and was smaller than my king bed. We reported immediately and the customer support declined replacement. They said it us usual and they can't do anything about it. It's a total disappointment...now we would have to live with a defective product for which we paid a full price...!!!!!!

went to the location to purchased the mattress and felt like the employees doesn’t want to help u out , felt like they won’t even bother to ask you ur needs unless u r willing to spend good chunk of money.

Horrible Experience using National Mattress' in room delivery service. The drivers were agressive and violent. We paid 2.3K for 3 mattresses, and 1 came damaged with the plastic bag wide open at the bottom. When we refused the mattresses, one of the drivers started yelling at us inside our house, and used STFU. We were absolutely shocked and asked numberously the drivers to leave our house. To make things worse the aggressive driver pushed us on his way out of our house, and left scratches on our walls. The remedies that we got from NM is only a full refund on the order and a free inside-room delivery for a new order. This is just laughable. Stay away from their delivery services!

Don't expect them to honor their exchange policy. Received an item and it was damaged on delivery but we didn't notice until we went to move the item into place. Due to it being more then 24 hrs, they didn't exchange for a new item even though it was unopened and in the original packaging . Sent them pictures to prove our case as requested but they still didn't help. Emailed and called but nobody was helpful for a simple exchange.

Matress wasn't delivered on tuesday 22nd although you said it will be in store it has been long time and driver didn't knock on the door, now you said new delivery date is Friday which is too long, I offered To pay for another delivery today but no one replied

Salesman lacked customer relation, and courtesy. Delivery was said to be free but he started ads on when I said deliver to my bedroom on first floor $35/ and then when I said take away the used mattress, another ads on $20/ Horrible terrible experience. If delivery is free, then atleast delivery to bedroom, and take away of old mattress should be included in the cost with free delivery.

Company says there is a 90 day comfort guarantee. Employee at the Victoria St, Kitchener location did not honour it. Said I should buy another one

Driver showed up 1:30 hour before online tracking time . Called me 5 mins before arriving and didn’t make delivery saying “not home”
