I ordered a 6" box spring. When the paperwrk arrived it listed both 5" and 6" models. I called your company and informed them I wanted the 6" box spring. The agent assured me he'd sort it and promised a phone call to confirm. No phone call was received. The next set of paperwork only listed a 5" box spring. When the delivery arrived it was (as expected) a 5" box spring. I refused to accept and contacted your company yet again. I spoke to a 'manager' called Arnold who, after two phone calls promised to send me the required 6" box spring. Later in the day he called me back to tell me that you don't actually sell 6" box springs, despite your web site advertising several of them. I informed Arnold that I would be writing a poor report on social media and he pleaded with hme not to do that. I informed him that when I receive good service I give good feedback but when I receive poor service I report that also. Your company failed to deliver as pormised, told me lies (several) and completely let me down. I hope and trust that somebody in your company reads this report and gets back to me with an apology - but I doubt it very much. My contact details are 519 546 7069.
