Terrible customer service with regards to talking about returns. No opportunity to even speak to someone on an escalation.
Positive. Made every effort to accommodate the delivery of the mattress. However it's interesting to note that deliveries are made out only on certain days. So, from order to delivery took about 10 days. Never purchasing from here again.
