“I’m from Calgary and when I was shopping online to purchase a mattress, your website didn’t detect that the mattress I added to cart and was about to pay for was not a mattress in a box and cannot be delivered to Calgary. If I didn’t have the intuition to call and confirm with one of the employees over the phone, I would’ve paid for a mattress that can’t be delivered to Calgary. My feedback is for you to take a closer look on your website backend to make sure that when a customer puts in the postal code on the website, it only shows products that I can purchased and shipped to the address provided. Thank you.”

“First time ordering on line. Ordered a bed Friday March 6 it is now Tuesday March 10 and my bed is still sitting there waiting to be picked up by courier. Makes me very nervous. Hopefully have a better review when bed arrives”

“Web site was not functional. Robot said it was in $US US dollars . Price was $800 then increased to $856 when selecting detail. No estimate for delivery time to Calgary. Good thing is when I phoned support it was handled well and efficient. Need to fix web site bugs”

“Matress is good, but the price game you guys play is complete scam. I buy product for $436 on December 1st and after 45 days on 16th Jan I saw online price goes down to $400 , trying to buy another if price matched for the previous purchase but the store representative when I called declined to do so. Then why there is post purchase protection and also why should I buy 2nd if you guys can't do price match for 1st. Not happy with this price game.”

“I have ordered a mattress and a frame bed. The mattress has high quality and I like it. But the bed frame is terrible . It’s very noisy, extremely sensitive to even the slightest movement, and very weak. It has been frustrating for me, and I would like to request a refund.””

“I first visited National mattress store at 7701 Woodbine Ave Unit 8, Markham, ON L3R 2R4 I decided to buy the mattress. But the sales person at checkout counter was extremely rude. So, I decided to leave without the purchase. My question to sales person was , “Isn’t there any discount or gift since it is boxing week”? Sales person’s response was, “We do not give away free stuff. There is nothing free here.” His tone was extremely harsh and felt more like “racism”. Please check more google reviews for this location. Next day, I had to visit your other location at 5601 Steeles Ave W, North York, ON M9L 1S7 The experience and sales person at that location was good.”

“Buying the mattress was a good experience however it is taking a while to come in. The mattress was supposed to be delivered but the delivery could not be completed because the dispatchers didn’t load the mattress into the truck. I don’t feel like they are mindful of our time and am disappointed.”

“Purchased a NM double extra firm mattress. When we tested them at the warehouse, it felt very comfortable to sleep on. However, when we received the mattress, it felt like sleeping on cement. It’s super extra firm. I can only guess that with thousands of people trying the mattresses at the warehouse, it gets worn down or used up, so be aware of this.”

“Nice experience visiting the store in Scarborough. Staffs were really helpful. I purchased NM extra firm mattress and kept it open for 2 days to get completely inflated. First few days the firmness was very good however after a week I started feeling firmness reduced a lot and it feels like a medium firm mattress now.”

“There was such a large amount of disorganization with my purchase. I had people making promises that were not kept and I received my delivery 2 days after it was promised and I'm still getting emails telling me I'm getting the delivery the day after I already received it. To be fair National Mattress has compensated me for these problems. I will try National Mattress again but I will be wary of what is promised.”

“The sales associate was exceptionally helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Mattress was supposed to arrive in 1-2 weeks. Called after 2 weeks and was told it would be arriving in 1-2 weeks. Everything else about the company seems great, but I wish they had better tracking/estimates”

“They were helpful and fast, but we're not happy with the mattress. And now we're stuck with it cause you can't just return it. You have to buy a new one then wait and get the money back. Not sure how many people could afford to do that in this economy!”

“The sales person speaks too fast like he is trying to kick us out. Even after we try to tell him we don't understand him. We paid $ 35 to have the service carrying the mattress on top of the bedframe, for some reasons the person told me to sign it and he just got away void doing his job. The mattress cannot be appointed at the time you wanted it.”
