Chose two possible mattresses and they weren’t in stock. Neither was the mattress protector or the Egyptian cotton sheets. Anyway l was set to pay and discovered my account didn’t have the money l thought it had. Oh well. Hopefully I will fix that soon.

Pleasant experience shopping in store but wished they had folks that could explain the products and differences in more detail before I made the decision to buy. Aside from the greeter at the deck I was left to self navigate and figure out what I wanted on my own. I expected some product insights or pro vs con when comparing different mattresses

Customer service was amazing, store associates were courteous and friendly. Prices are decent and the materials quality is high. My only issue was the mattress's advertised firmness, for an "extra" firm mattress, it was medium at best, it sags quite low which was disappointing.

The sales staff in the store were extremely helpful but the delivery people did not know that I had paid extra to have the mattress put in the bedroom. They also left dirty marks on the walls. It is too soon to comment on the quality of the mattress.

It took me like 5 days to make the purchase I wanted to due to a website error, definitely not getting picked to win my purchase lol. I ended up calling between multiple stores looking for a solution, since despite shipping to my province the mattress wasn't set up in their website backend as a nationwide ship even though it came up under my postal code and allowed me to put in all the transaction info. I think in the end one of the store reps I talked to got someone in management to make an exception for it so I could finally purchase after refreshing the page and retrying a bunch days later. There was genuine effort to help from some of the store employees, though one store when I asked if I could talk to a supervisor at the start of the call in hopes of solving my issue quickly after several days of no progress denied my request even after explaining the situation.

Delivery was quick which was nice. Customer service on a whole has been good, I could have used a little more help regarding mattress choices based on ones I like in store and what ones are similar that aren't in that specific showroom but available online. That could have eased the overwhelming feeling I had when one online matched my price point but in show room it wasn't available. Had a hard time finding a showroom close by that had a mattress I was interested in. I'm going to exchange and still feeling overwhelmed especially since next purchase is final. I communicated via in person, phone, email and live chat.

I don’t like the material on the top of the mattress. I like the soft silky euro too better. That is what I thought I was getting.

Pease contact Greg at the Hamilton location for him to explain my concerns .Damaged packing and mark on box spring. I will keep it as I had family come to help me with moving my mattress etc so not going through this again. I think I should be compensated .

Hi National Mattress, The reason for my low rating is due to two factors. 1. There was delay due to a damaged mattress for me to receive the mattress I would be sleeping on that night since I had already moved apartments. I was notified in the morning around 10:00 a.m. which was appreciated despite the disappointing news. 2. The discounts offered by email would not take the VIP code when I filled out my order. I am still waiting to receive the discount. I have been told by email that my request for the box springs discount has been forwarded to the refund department. If not for these two issues, I would have rated the experience five stars, which this process was is not. I may have rated it this experience one star, if it wasn't for certain employees that you have that made sincere efforts to bring me the services and products due to me as a customer looking for a good sleep. The quality of the mattress is good. Cheers, Josh

wasn't made clear that the delivery was only taken to the lobby rather than my front door. since it is labeled as 'front door delivery' on the site. it was very difficult to bring to my apt by myself.
