Met with a young gentleman in your Barrie office - was helpful in assisting with our selection of mattress. NOW THE BIG THING is how you as a company handle the rest of this transaction will greatly affect the final report of this survey in delivering my purchase with it being on time and in excellent condition. We had a mixed experience. Our first visit to the shop was great. We had great advice. Because of travel we couldn't buy then. A few months later our visit was so unpleasant. Three guys all three refusing to give any advice other than try the mattresses. When I asked specific questions they brushed them off. I felt really unwelcome and would have left if I didn't really need a mattress. As for delivery they need to give some idea if part of the day in advance. We wasted a whole day. All that aside for now we like the mattress.

I had a great experience at the store, trying out mattresses and ultimately deciding on one. However, the mattress I chose was out of stock. Restocking took longer than expected and so was delivery. There was no communication from the store and I found out about the restocking issue after calling. I have now been using the mattress for 4 days and I like it so far.

Good prices. Communication could be better. Especially when the website isn't updated to show that the mattress is actually out of stock.

Good price for a decent box spring, ordered on line but no indication that item was not in stock and could not be delivered on time, 2 phone calls needed to follow up, item was delivered 4 days later.

Friendly staff and great communication however there were hiccups along the way. Mattress delivery was suppose to be on Friday and then cancelled because of stock issues, reschueduled to Sunday (not ideal as it was Mother's Day) , we missed them and I don't think they knocked on the door (Our fault as our doorbell was broken, and calls missed), I called right after and was told it would be rescheduled to Monday. I called on Monday to confirm and was told I was not put on the schedule and it would be delivered the next day. Finally it is delivered the next day but the delivery person knocked over a lamp and broke it. Accidents happen, however it would be nice if there was some sort of compensation for the multiple days I took off work and broken lamp. Not the smoothest of services.

After i spoke with customer service department regarding my mattress i specifically told them to have white glove service be delivered to my room instead it was left upstairs in the middle of the hallway in my house awkawrd way of putting it not acceptable service. i give it 3 stars becasue of the white glove mattress and 3 stars quality of the mattress not so good and i feel more back pain do i get a refund or exchange well once you open the damn mattress cover no refund or any policy can help you so thats these guys any location thats there pathetic policy excuse first time buyer not happy.

SO far we are happy with the matress, we did have issues with delievery and are still waiting to hear back on our inquiry to head office. I was happy with the help i received over the phone prior to our pruchase and its too soon to say if this is the right matress for us.

Prices are reasonable and the soon b experience was quick... Was annoyed that the model that was advertised on sale wasn't in stock so I had to pay $25 more than I thought going in.

I was asked to pay the delivery people 40$ cash to take the matress and boxapring into my condo, or they were going to leave them in the lobby. They also left the plastic on the matress.

I had problems with delivery. Second delivery was scheduled for Sunday but was not sent out. Had to wait for the following weekend. Third delivery was accidently sent on Friday, but we received it on Saturday. However Customer service was very kind.

Warehouse staff was friendly and not pressuring which was nice. However we were given incorrect information regarding the return policy of some items. We were also given incorrect information on shipping of items so we delayed shipping by a week so we could accommodate everything at once on a weekend. When the delivery came, one of the mattresses was missing. The delivery staff was not helpful or friendly, and told us that they didn't load the bed in the truck for whatever reason, and it's our issue to deal with and to call support. I would understand if this was UPS or FedEx, but it was presumably national mattress employees driving a national mattress truck, surely they could have been more helpful then that. I called and emailed about the issue, and was told they would try to resolve asap and provide me with an update when they heard of the resolution. No follow up email or phone call was made. The only notification I received was a text the next morning that I had a delivery scheduled. I didn't want to drag this out any longer so I had to stay home instead of going to work in order to receive the delivery. I understand it's an "outlet" store, but I did still spend $6000 and would expect a bit more from a customer service perspective. I would still recommend this store because of the no pressure shopping experience and exchange policy (assuming it would be a smooth process if I decide to use it), but I would warn friends of my experience.

easy to choose mattress in showroom; helpful staff, mattress was fine as is just an inexpensive one to use in spare room. Would recommend for those in search of inexpensive mattresses.

The Sealy mattress was fine. It just had a lot of threads coming off the mattress, which I am afraid to rip or cut off because most of the time, if you do that, the entire thread comes off.

I bought two mattresses but only one was delivered. I called and was told at first that only one purchase got to you guys only for me to confirm and my card was debited for two a king size and a queen size

The mattress was too firm. We called and spoke to National mattress couple of times to exchange but different customer service agent ask for different details , finally got a foam mattress cover for the mattress.

Mattress came super hard compared to the showroom. It did get softer after a couple weeks which is better. The spring kind of stick out on the sides, it seems to be missing some protective foam around the whole edge from the springs.
