“The mattres itself was good but the exchange process and policy was so cumbersome and stressful I almost decided to get a refund and go to some other place. If the process can be streamlined I would definitely appreciate and recommend to others.”

“I had matress from 1/2 years a go But I don’t like that at all I called so manytimes ,i wanted to exchange no body answer,but i got medium firm After 1 mount is loose I dont like that Sorry”

“Came in with my 84 year old mom to get her a mattress. I expected the staff to be more knowledgeable. It turns out she is in pain when she sleeps on the mattress we ended up buying. When I called to see what could be done, I was told that she should give it time to get used to it. Time didn’t help. I have to call to get an exchange at a cost of $95.”

“I was super excited for this mattress; I bought the mattress for my low back pain specifically. However, it’s not firm enough. My low back pain probably got lessened a little bit, not recovered fully. Otherwise, it’s all good.”

“Ordering was easy. However I was asked to confirm my delivery address, but NM included billing and delivery address in their confirmation email. So I'm not really sure why I was being asked to confirm my delivery address. I have yet to receive the product so I may adjust my stars based on the quality of the product itself and the delivery experience.”

“Delivery was prompt but the delivery team did not help carry the item to the unit in an apartment. They required an extra charge which is ridiculous.”
