Came in with my 84 year old mom to get her a mattress. I expected the staff to be more knowledgeable. It turns out she is in pain when she sleeps on the mattress we ended up buying. When I called to see what could be done, I was told that she should give it time to get used to it. Time didn’t help. I have to call to get an exchange at a cost of $95.
