“Not delivered on time. When delivered at second attempt, one delivery person was rude to my son.”

“The delivery service was quick and effective, they brought my mattress up to my room and took my old matress out. The matress does not seem as extra firm as stated and I have a feeling it will sag in a few years, but will see. I guess I should have bought an hybrid matress.”

“Goo quality, trying to exchange a 4inch box spring for a 7inch, since there was some measurement issues. Exchange process has sucked. Everything else has been great.”

“The process or ordering, delivery was excellent. Unfortunately, the mattress was damaged upon arrival so we had to send it back. Hoping the matter gets resolved soon.”

“First time using them and won't be the last. I was pleased with my overall experience. It would have been 5 stars review if we didn't have to pay $35.00 to bring the matress where it belongs, the bedroom!”

“I bought a 6" tight top foam mattress. Its a good mattress but i thought it to be more comfy . Sides of the mattress needs to be more cushioned”

“The Queen size mattress is great compared to the one we bought last year. But they need to work on delivery and customer service, which is extremely necessary for the business going. Also, on the other hand their options are likely somehow limited to deliver.”

“I am not happy with the mattress, I have to follow your regulations to sleep on the mattress for 2 weeks, and I'm not sure if I can exchange the mattress,( I was told that I have to give a good reason for exchange) and it depends on the person who works at your company. It's weird rules, anyway I will not deal with your business. I am a senior citizen, I saved the money to buy a mattress, and I have a bad back problem. Now I have to use the mattress that I purchased for the next few years until I can buy a new one by the time I die.”

“It has a lot of options, and the store is ok, reasonable prices too. But we didn’t like the attitude of the guy who was there. We sign his email as Eden. When we tried to ask for help, he got upset. We don’t know about mattresses, and we needed to ask because he is the one who works in a specialized mattress store. On the other hand, when we bought the mattress and put it in the car, we noted it was scratched under, and we kindly asked him to change it, and his attitude wasn’t good. He was rude and asked to move the car to the door if we didn’t want our mattress scratched, which was insignificant to him. No, dude, after paying almost 800 for a mattress, everything is significant, and we paid for a perfect new mattress. Sorry if you need to do things carefully and go for another.”

“My order was great. Everything that was ordered came. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately the person it was delivered to contacted me and I was able to retrieve my order.”

“I bought the mattress online, delivered 3 or 4 days later with a super rude driver. As for quality it's too soon to speak. I hope it worth $ 500 spent on it.”
