I bought the mattress online, delivered 3 or 4 days later with a super rude driver. As for quality it's too soon to speak. I hope it worth $ 500 spent on it.

The service at the store and on the phone was great. The employees at the store were very helpful, quick, and attentive. However, the delivery people yelled at me on the phone and gave me a lot of attitude. I told them that security will let them in the building. He said that there was no one there. I asked them if security was there and he yelled "NO I told you to meet me downstairs!" He didn't even tell me that in the first place. When I met them downstairs, they were already let in by security. They couldn't even take the elevator to go to my unit. Such a bitter and disgusted look on their face with lots of bad attitude. Terrible delivery service. I would recommend National Mattress to people, but because of the terrible delivery service I'm not sure anymore.

Haven’t received my mattress This is a replacement order since the previous Sealy mattress cannot be expanded properly

Fortunately, the mattress itself is good. I chose a firm one to help my back pain. BUT I am so disappointed because I thought that I was buying a Posturepedic mattress just because next to the picture of the mattress that I bought (SEALY Mix-Match Pocket Coil Firm Eurotop Mattress) there was a Posturepedic sign which means that it is so I assume. I hope that this is not intentional.

Purchasing experience was good. Very well explained about the product with details but delivery experience was pathetic. I have been told that I will get notification atleast 1 hour before however received just 20 mins before.Delivery guy was nice with language and attitude. In short, Dissatisfied with delivery.

It was pleasure ordering it online unfortunately driver did made a call and inform he is on the way. It was freezing rain and he not bothered to ring a bell & left the mattress at our house door without updating us.

Came into national Mattress Kitchener and was looking for a specific serta pro platform. Asked a couple questions about the platform, including if it folded. The person seemed bewildered i was asking such a question and insisted it didn’t fold and why would it fold it’s meant to be assembled 1 time. I got down on the floor to look and point at the hinge that obviously implies it can be folded. After a short back and forth we both looked online and found it definitely can be folded to store away. The person let me use a measuring tape and offered to bring it out to my vehicle. Not terrible but maybe could have been a bit more informed.

The purchase was quick and smooth. The app or web was interactive and has no issues with that. Delivery was average, i delivery was scheduled between 8:30-10:30 AM, but was delivered at 11:00 AM. Therefore, I wasn’t in my apartment when it was delivered, I had to go back to my work. And no apologies or side note that delivery will delayed, understandably traffic and other circumstances happen, but No communication, I didn’t appreciate that. Other than that everything went well.

Delivery was on time. Received enough notice. However, the men put this mattress vertically in my doorway, jamming it through so that it was stuck and left. When I got downstairs (I was upstairs for 30 seconds) I found it jammed in the door. I had to kick it out of the door (the only way it was budging) before I could put it horizontally and bring it up myself.

Honestly, the sake was completely driven by price. Felt I was interrupting the guy in the store. I’m guessing he is a cashier not a sales person. Lived the free delivery. Although deliver guys did not remove shoes in new townhouse

Update: they delivered another mattress which appears to be working fine. Although driver ran away as soon as he dropped the mattress off, and did not await inspection this time, but in the end it all worked out 3 out of 5 stars, customer service can use some improvements, otherwise good quality products I believe. ------- I received the mattress, it was inside a plastic cover, but there was dirt in the middle / center/ and on the edges. At first we thought it was just dirt, some of it was, but a few spots looked like they were on the bed, couldn't clean it off. Called the 1800 number they told me to email them, which is assanine. I called the store and they scheduled another delivery 2 days after. The delivery person was not having any of it, instead he was in a hurry, made me feel that I had to make a difficult decesion under pressure, to either accept a mattress that is potentially are used or send the mattress back which I needed asap. All in all a bad situation, with no immediate support. I am hoping and praying I'll get a good quality mattress on the time promised. This experience has been a major inconvenience.
