“The service wasn't bad. We were surprised when the customer service person abruptly left us and went to the the front counter to deal with another client. It apepared that the was assisting them with a mattress pickup, but he didn't say anything before leaving us. Another thing, we eventually purchased a mattress for delivery later in the week. On our way home, we discovered that National Mattress sells the exact mattress online for a lower price! That was the 2nd disappointment we had.”

“Everything was okay except the behavior of the delivery driver. He did not bring his truck to unloading area instead he blocked main entance road disrupting traffic. When I asked why he block the road and why he didn't bring his truck to loading and unloading area, his response was very rude, not only that he through the mattres in the room expressing his anger. This is very much unprofessional attitude he showed.”

“The mattres itself was good but the exchange process and policy was so cumbersome and stressful I almost decided to get a refund and go to some other place. If the process can be streamlined I would definitely appreciate and recommend to others.”

“I had matress from 1/2 years a go But I don’t like that at all I called so manytimes ,i wanted to exchange no body answer,but i got medium firm After 1 mount is loose I dont like that Sorry”

“Came in with my 84 year old mom to get her a mattress. I expected the staff to be more knowledgeable. It turns out she is in pain when she sleeps on the mattress we ended up buying. When I called to see what could be done, I was told that she should give it time to get used to it. Time didn’t help. I have to call to get an exchange at a cost of $95.”
