Everything was okay except the behavior of the delivery driver. He did not bring his truck to unloading area instead he blocked main entance road disrupting traffic. When I asked why he block the road and why he didn't bring his truck to loading and unloading area, his response was very rude, not only that he through the mattres in the room expressing his anger. This is very much unprofessional attitude he showed.
