I have given 3 stars here because there was no issues with the mattress however the delivery service was poor. Unfortunately on the delivery date my husband got Gout attack and he could not help me to carry mattress from my building lobby to my apartment. I requested delivery guys and offered them to pay delivery fee as well to help me but they refused on my face and left after putting the mattress in the lobby.
