The service wasn't bad. We were surprised when the customer service person abruptly left us and went to the the front counter to deal with another client. It apepared that the was assisting them with a mattress pickup, but he didn't say anything before leaving us. Another thing, we eventually purchased a mattress for delivery later in the week. On our way home, we discovered that National Mattress sells the exact mattress online for a lower price! That was the 2nd disappointment we had.
