I bought a mattress that I’m never going to get, because the order was cancelled and refunded the next day by national mattress with no explanation, and their customer service couldn’t even tell me why. Not very professional

I purchased an extra-firm mattress two weeks ago. However, it has already started to sink and feels much softer than expected. I am unable to sleep comfortably, and it is causing back pain. The place where flower it’s start sinking.

Good staff, but the quality of product is a very bad. I have sent a complience to them but no any reaction. I requested to update me with the status of my claime and again, no any reaction. I will never recommend National marlttrace as reliable supplier

If you buy anything from National Mattress DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE! The whole process was an absolute mess. Ordered on a Thursday, got an email confirmation that delivery was to be following Monday. Late Sunday afternoon I got an obsure email from a 3rd part company called GoBolt asking me to schedule a delivery, the next day (Monday) was not an option which seemed weird since both the confirmation email AND the online invoice stated it would be delivered Monday. Tried calling the phone number at National Outlet to see what was going on, it was during normal business hours on Sunday but no one answered. Sent emails to support, no response to any of them. This became a recurring theme Monday morning, we stayed at home thinking package may still be coming that day. Called National Mattress in the morning many many times, finally got someone on the phone. Said he would look into it, he was a store manager not in the online shipping department because apparently they are too busy fixing shipping messes to take more calls about shipping messes. To be fair to the guy who answered the phone he tried to help, however he seems to have arranged shipping for the next day, Tuesday, whitout even checking with us. We were not going to be home..... if someone had just called us back it would have been much much better..... Tuesday Morning, get an email, package is out for delivery, my wife stays home from work. 5:00 PM, still no package. 7:45 PM get an email saying that delivery has failed, won't be recieving today apparently. more calls, more email, no answers. Wednesday morning, mulitple phone calls before i get a live person on the phone. This person will contact delivery company and try and sort this out. They finally get GoBolt, the shipping company to call me. It should be noted that there is absolutely no way to contact GoBolt directly. GoBolt calls, assures me they can deliver Friday, i get a confirmation. Fingers crossed Friday afternoon, delivery guys got here, stuff was in disarray in the rental delivery truck so I made sure there was no damage to my package while one of the delivery guys proceeded to run all around my driveway and front of house doing a photo shoot of the delivery. Unprofessional and aggravating I was going to give National Mattress 1 star, but i have to give some credit to the 2 or 3 people that really tried to help me. The way phone calls and emails are handled is pretty poor. Their choice of delivery service definitely needs to be re evaluated. The products we actually bought seem to be ok, but its a foam mattress and low profile box spring so it's hard to screw that up. If you buy here, i highly recommend you pick up in store

While the mattress is good, the delivery service could have been much better. If a morning delivery is expected, the customer should be made aware the previous night and not the morning of. We don't have the option to select a timeslot inspite of paying for delivery and then get informed late that a delivery is going to be made in the morning. Also, the delivery person's first language was not English making communication extremely difficult. I instructed him no less than 5 times to leave it with my conceirge in the moving room, he was rude and said he could only do a ground level delivery. I had to explain multiple times that the moving room was on the ground floor. I didn't pay to receive service like this. I'd rather have picked it up myself

The first mattress that arrived was damaged, plus the paint on the doorframe into my bedroom had the paint scrapped off when the delivery guys forced the mattress into the room opposed to turning it width wise. Calling into customer service is stressful as the message machine loops and I didn't think anyone would answer. HOWEVER, a replacement mattress was delivered the same day and the defective one was taken away which was impressive.

The price of the mattress and boxspring together was very competitive so I placed the order. Unfortunately I was called the next day and told that they couldn’t ship the boxspring. This made the deal not as good and now I had to find a local boxspring at a much higher price. The mattress did not arrive for over a week. It was advertised as a 10” mattress but it is only 9” so at this time I am not too impressed. I am doubtful that it will grow an inch overnight.

It's been 6 days, I have not received my mattress. Even the shipment tracking message came after 5 days of ordering the mattress. The website said it would be delivered next day while ordering.

I have no idea how to rate you guys. I ordered a box spring and mattress a couple of weeks ago. A week later i got a full refund, no explanation. I called to inquire and was told boxspings can't be shipped. Ok no big deal, so i went ahead and reordered just the mattress. That was on june 29th. I got order confirmation, but nothing else, i have no idea if it is shipped or when i will recieve it. I'm moving into my new house in a week and am hoping it will be there for that. So you guys really need to up your communication with your customers.
