Trying to call to get info about our delivery which was scheduled for today. Phone is not answered and you can’t leave a message. Tried many times.

The first mattress that arrived was damaged, plus the paint on the doorframe into my bedroom had the paint scrapped off when the delivery guys forced the mattress into the room opposed to turning it width wise. Calling into customer service is stressful as the message machine loops and I didn't think anyone would answer. HOWEVER, a replacement mattress was delivered the same day and the defective one was taken away which was impressive.

The price of the mattress and boxspring together was very competitive so I placed the order. Unfortunately I was called the next day and told that they couldn’t ship the boxspring. This made the deal not as good and now I had to find a local boxspring at a much higher price. The mattress did not arrive for over a week. It was advertised as a 10” mattress but it is only 9” so at this time I am not too impressed. I am doubtful that it will grow an inch overnight.

It's been 6 days, I have not received my mattress. Even the shipment tracking message came after 5 days of ordering the mattress. The website said it would be delivered next day while ordering.

I have no idea how to rate you guys. I ordered a box spring and mattress a couple of weeks ago. A week later i got a full refund, no explanation. I called to inquire and was told boxspings can't be shipped. Ok no big deal, so i went ahead and reordered just the mattress. That was on june 29th. I got order confirmation, but nothing else, i have no idea if it is shipped or when i will recieve it. I'm moving into my new house in a week and am hoping it will be there for that. So you guys really need to up your communication with your customers.

I will think twice from buying at National Mattress Canada again. The buying process online was easy, but the delivery of the product is unpredictable. Delivery of my mattress was supposed to be on May 3,2025 and was notified/updated with an online tracking B.S system that gives me a 2hour window of arrival. Waited all day Saturday and watched the tracking time change often, so I decided to stop tracking the mattress and gave up at 11:45pm. If i knew then what i know now, I would of not discarded my old mattress Saturday morning, so I had to sleep on the floor. Sunday Morning at 11:00am my mattress was delivered, I asked the driver what happened, his reply was "issues with the truck, National Mattress Canada was supposed to call you about the issue".... I hope National Mattress Canada doesn't disregard its customers if there's a warranty issue with the mattress cause clearly they don't care about there delivery process. FYI their customer service is closed on the weekend!!

Delivery came with wrong size mattress had to come back the next day, as compensation offered to install mattress on bed. Next day came delivery came they gave me 2 pillows free which was a nice gesture but never installed mattress on bed.

First couple of nights were great but after a week of use, we started feeling pain on just about every side we fell asleep on. Not ideal with those with back pain.

I purchased a GALAXY Pocket Coil Euro Top Firm mattress for a full bed. (GALAXY/VANESSA-DOUBLEFULL). Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. The mattress is nice and seemingly comfortable, but I can feel the coils when I lay on it. I had to purchase 4-inch mattress topper on Amazon to get a proper night's sleep.

Good sales experience in store, no pressure and seemed knowledgeable, but the mattress I took home felt nothing like the mattress l tried in the store. The mattress in the store hugged my body and was quite comfortable, the perfect “medium” mattress. The mattress I brought home is very firm and is exactly what I wasn’t looking for.

Hard, (not medium) type of bed. I feel like I was sleeping on coil springs, the euro top has no cushioning effect.

The employee customer service at Kitchener store was satisfactory. Along with my purchase of a mattress, l fell for the salesmanship of the employee and purchased both a lavender pillow and mattress cover as well. Both were below standard. The mattress cover is thin and will presumably not last long and the lavender smell on the pillow is gone (slept on it twice). I asked for a return on the mattress cover because of the poor quality however because l had opened it was told no. There would’ve been no other way to see the quality if I had not opened it.. Because I have only slept on the new mattress a few times I cannot give a comment at this time. I have bought three mattresses from National Mattress, one as a guest, and feel this company customer service from a returns perspectiv is very poor.

Checking out was very difficult as my postal code kept causing errors on the site. It's been a week, and our mattress still hasn't been shipped out. Not the greatest experience so far.
