Bought 2 mattresses. 1 got moldy in less than a year. The other is perfectly fine. Got house inspection for moulds and they said its due to the mattress. Reached out to customer support but they refused to help atall. Even with warranty, no one wants to help.

I have had a previous great experience with this company, hence my returning. However, this time (so far) it has not been great. I went to purchase a mattress, it took a long time to get service and the service was very rushed (as there were so many ppl waiting for service). I knew what I wanted, so quickly paid and was offered the choice to carry my mattress out myself which was a great option for me. I brought the mattress home but upon unpacking and waiting for it to inflate the 24 hours, I discovered 3 small stains on the mattress. It makes me question whether this was a new mattress or a returned one. I purchased a new one. I'm awaiting a resolution from the store which I hope will come but this email popped up so quickly about a review I thought this might speed up the process. As a single parent who took time and carried this home myself, it's a lot of work. I was glad not to have to coordinate delivery but now I have lots more to coordinate. Here's hoping to win this purchase that will now delay my son's new bed reveal for his birthday. Outside of this, great way to save on a mattress and our first experience with the same staff a few years ago was lovely!

Bought a box spring online. Advertising said it would arrive 1 -3 days. Bought the boxspring because it would arrive the same time as our new mattress. Arrived a week late. No help or solution could be offered to me except that I am out of luck. Customer service was not helpful.

the materas sofar is ok the delivery person was very nice however i feel cheated that i had to pay 45dollarsonly to have the matres left at the curb.

I bought a pocket coil mattress. I don’t feel the mattress doesn’t feel the same as what I saw in the store. The box spring arrived damaged. And the bed frame looked like old. Lot of paint damage and scratches.

Delivery was delayed eight hours from the original time of 11am. When the delivery finally showed up at 8:30 pm, I was met with poor customer service. The individual dropped of the box spring with no eye contact and a poor disposition. When I asked them about paperwork for proof of delivery, I was to like to check my email and also responded with "we don't got no paperwork" I've never encountered a "home furnishings" company that delivers after 6pm unless it is specified in advanced. Never again!

I made my order 10 days ago and 3 days after that I received an email that my mattress order had been prepared. I checked the order status It was supposed to come on Wednesday so I waited but no one showed up. I called the delivery company and they told me it is coming on Friday. Looks like you need to sync your tracking data with the delivery company.

NO NOTIFICATIONS GIVEN TO US ! WE WAITED ALL DAY FOR AN UNADVISED 7:42 PM DELIVERY ! THE ONLY TRUTH WAS THE DRIVER 10 MINUTE WARNING CALL ! OUR PHONE IS A LAND LINE - "VOICE ONLY" ! WE TOLD YOU GUYS MANY TIMES TO USE EMAIL ONLY ! YOU STUPIDLY SENT US A "TEXT" - WHICH WE OF COURSE DID NOT GET ! 1 - WE ARE REALLY HOPING FOR NO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS # # # 2 - WE ARE REALLY HOPING THAT IT EXPANDS TO A REAL 8" HEIGHT * * * (WE SHALL GIVE IT A FULL 24 HOURS) > > > BECAUSE, IF WE DID WISH TO RETURN IT, WE KNOW THAT WE WOULD BE IN FOR TOTAL FRUSTRATION WITH YOU GUYS ! ! !

We bought orthopedic supreme 3 months ago and now they say they can give us the same price but if I bought 3 or more they can give me the wholesale price I bought and they didn't give me back the price. I changed the size and they said delivery times will take almost 10 days. Both cases are not acceptable from the customer side.

Website gave me an error message as soon as I placed my order, it went thru, got email confirmation and all, but it never got into their system? Had to call them to see why I haven't recieved any news about shipping, shipped the next day without giving me prior notice to prepare, received the wrong mattress size and delivery guys broke some lights when they took my old mattress outside (paid extra for this), wasted a whole day waiting but they eventually got the right mattress, with that said prices are good, still wouldn't recommend this.

I had a somewhat difficult time getting customer support for this order. I think multiple people were communicating with me, but not with each other, and it's also unclear whether my emails were read in full. It took about a week to get a firm answer from them. In terms of my order, I feel strongly the mattress I bought was not as described, I explained my position in detail, but they are claiming no responsibility for that—they say I should've gone in person. So, if you have not the means to get to any of their locations, I would suggest being very cautious about trusting the description and buying online; I would not do that again.

Bought a Queen size box spring recently which I feel was poorly designed and on top of that it’s been very squeaky. I called to report the matter and was told to send in a recording of it squeaking.

The delivery service was very bad: - first of all they are not professional at all asking me to cary my order despite the fact that I paid for in room delivery - secondly they got into thinks that are not their business. While I was talking to the security, they said to the security that the management should make me pay a fine… - finally they were very unhappy to deliver my order since they were complaining all the time

Although there were problems at this end, your ETA notification went from 12:00-2:00 pm then to 1:45pm - 4:00 pm & I did not see a 15 minute ADVANCE labelled as such. For some reason no one heard the driver's call, I was likely out for a very few minutes, but my mate was here. Staff here notified me that the VAN I asked them to let in had missed them when they were out. NM has made no returns to calls or emails since

I ordered for a firm mattress, it was delivered and the delivery guy didn't even wait for me to check before he took off. Well, the mattress doesn't seem like a firm one to me, I sent an email and I'm yet to get a response. Hopefully, I will get a response soon,as I'm still waiting.
